Excellent Stay, perfect for a couple of days in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, Madrid!

Aspectos positivos: Location is perfect, in a very nice and transited neiborhood with access to main train station and Metro just couple of blocks. Lot of restaurance and really close to heights like Gran Via, Puerta Alcala and Museo Prado. Swimming pool was just perfect for the summer, and then everything worked perfectly at the appartment. Hosts were super nice, they made a big effort to give us the keys a little bit earlier due our flight arrived very early in the morning. Appartment is perfect, very confortable, complete.

Aspectos negativos: Just a small thing to say despite Everything was really nice. Just a small recommendation, temporal renting contract is a little bit scary. After signing the contract, I informed all scratchs and other malfunctioning things just to follow the contract. Anyway, Charming Concept (The host) recorded all informed scratchs and malfunctioning things and we did not had any issue. And another small thing: It would be great that air conditioning works the entire night. Despite fan is good, for me, it would be great to have air conditioning all night, specially in summer.

Aspectos positivos: The communication with the host was timely and easy. The location is unbeatable. Very nice, clean and convenient studio. The pool was a nice extra touch in Madrid hot summer. Neighbors were all very nice too.

Aspectos negativos: The only detail that could be improved is the room temperature control. You almost rely on a ceiling fan (very efficient) to stay cooler (there was a heat wave during our stay) as the AC temperature is controlled by the building.

Aspectos positivos: The location, amenities, the home feeling it was perfect for a long stay.

Aspectos negativos: Does not have an independent air condition unit. The firsts week was very hot, but the management provided a small ventilator. I recommend they add a portable AC.
