Aspectos negativos: Colchón duro, para nuestro gusto. Cafetera italiana. Puertas muy viejas en contraste con todo lo demás. Frigorífico algo ruidoso

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente. Es muy silencioso, muy limpio, moderno y muy comodo.

Aspectos negativos: Seria bueno que tuviese una caja de seguridad.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment location is best. Very quick comunication with apartment owners they were answering any time.

Aspectos positivos: An unsurpassed location, as close to the Prado as possible, and on the edge of the charming old artists' quarter. Could not be more convenient. A lovely 'honest' café directly opposite (open from 6.00 to 6.00), a superb fish restaurant some 30m up the slope, and numerous tapas bars etc. all around. The management (of what is evidently a large company, with multiple properties across Spain) responds instantly, politely and helpfully in English to all questions, and sent several WhatsApp texts in advance to ensure the time of arrival of our flight. The flat is clean and fully equipped (except for a frying pan), and generally completely silent (see below). Locks are solid and secure on the outer door.

Aspectos negativos: It would be more than helpful for there to be some Information sheet supplied in the apartment. For instance, there was no mention of a Wi-Fi number until I asked by text (though I had not thought of looking under the router to check. A 20-digit number is anyhow unhelpful, since other properties are able to arrange their log-in with a passcode such as 'Guest'). I understand that a large company wishes to present each flat perfectly clean (whereas 'small' hosts are able to leave a few essentials for the next guest). The result is that there is no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cornflakes / bread for one to make breakfast. It would help to know too that there is a small supermarket almost opposite the top of the Calle, and a larger one two roads to the right as one sets off downhill, since on arrival in the evening one is forced into choosing between restaurants, that can prove expensive. It was only on the last day (of our one-week stay) that we were given instructions on leaving the keys upon departure, as to where and how to dispose of the rubbish that had accumulated. A simple Info sheet should be in every flat. One drawback is that the front doors in the whole block need to be slammed to close. Only occasionally does one suffer neighbours doing what we needed to do ourselves. The bathroom door is flimsy and disguised no sound; nor does it fit very well. Nevertheless I thoroughly recommend these apartments, and we hope to return on our next visit.

Nice place to stay for 2 persons

Aspectos positivos: 1. nice area to walk around, 15 min from Sol metro, close to museums, etc. 2. clean and equipped with functional IKEA furniture, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, etc. 3. agency met with key and explained what and what not to do 4. inner courtyard apartment with lots of afternoon sunlight

Aspectos negativos: 1. air condition in living room, takes longer for cool air to reach bedroom 2. need to bang door shut to lock, this is true for all apartment doors, elevator, etc. so you hear the banging of everyone´s door throughout the building, especially at night. 3. washing package given by agency is good for a few days, if staying longer, it would be good to provide more for dishwasher, washing machine, toliet paper, etc. cannot buy small quanities at supermarket. also no oven, but a washing machine available to use

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect - 5 mins from the Prado and the Thyssen, ride and roll bikes, Retiro park, and everywhere central walkable. Also perfect for Pride weekend, super buzzy atmosphere and fun. We had an amazing stay. Also was super-hot, loved the air con. Liked the stove top coffee maker, worked well. Recommend Cervantes bar 30 metres away down round the corner, great seafood tapas, was part of our Tapas tour and went there several times after - great food, fresh and reasonable.

Super consigliato

Aspectos positivos: Tutto ok! Posizione centralissima .. appartamento molto silenzioso pulizia ottima, ti danno un kit per lavare i piatti, per fare 1 volta la lavatrice e 1 volta la lavapiatti. Bagno grande con doccia comoda. È presente il phon, wifi e tv. Appartamento perfetto per due adulti !!

Aspectos negativos: Il letto scricchiola un po' troppo e la porta del bagno si chiude solo bloccandola con chiavistello e siccome affaccia sulla camera da letto può risultare un po' fastidioso per chi sta dormendo.
