Aspectos positivos: The location of the property was great. The communication between hosts was very good, they were available 24/7 to provide the answers for every question that we had. They solved our problem with the noise that neighbors made. You have extra towels. There is not a lot of equipment in the kitchen but it was enough for the basic needs.
Aspectos negativos: The bad is short for someone who is over 175cm. There is only two pillows on the double bad. The isolation isn't great.

Very peaceful, comofortable and rejuvenating. even for a work trip
Aspectos positivos: The location, so close to the Prado and in the beautiful las letras was incrediable. I loved pottering around the neighbourhood and being so close to the museums. The apartment is well appointed and had everything i needed. The shower pressure was impressive
Aspectos negativos: I stayed for a few weeks so could have done with a few more cleaning products. Also- no cork screw!

Safe, nice, spacious but basic apartment, great location, lovely and helpful staff.
Aspectos positivos: Really good location, 15 to 20 mins walk to Atocha station and to everything a visitor would want to see. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Secure building, strong wifi, Karol met us and went through everything. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, lots of hot water and shower was excellent. Very clean. A point to note that the kitchen and bathroom benches, the shower rose, the hooks on the walls and the kitchen cupboards are very high and it was obviously built for tall people. We had to stand on a chair to reach the bowls and plates in the kitchen. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Good air con. Elevator.
Aspectos negativos: For the price, we would have expected the apartment to have a few nice touches, there were no cushions for the chairs, only one pillow per person, one towel per person (we were there five nights) no blankets, not even a basket for the pegs. No extras just the basics. Basic personal amenities provided. Enough toilet paper and body wash for one or two nights. The bed was very short and we aren’t tall people, just average. No view, just three high walls. Clunking noises from the elevator which is behind the bathroom.

Excellent place and location
Aspectos positivos: Location was perfect quiet, apartment was clean modern and reasonably furnished.
Aspectos negativos: Quite short bed, not very comfy for person over 170cm, I had to sleep diagonally…

Sinon bon séjour vu la proximité déjà citée et le centre de Madrid proche
Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement est idéal lorsque l'on veut visiter les 3 principaux musées à moins de 700 m. Nous avons été déçus par le manque de matériel pour cuisiner le soir : une petite poêle pour cuire un oeuf au plat et une seule casserole pour cuire éventuellement 2 oeufs durs. Aucun plat, ni couvercle de micro-ondes pour réchauffer des plats cuisinés achetés dans la supérette proche. Il est vrai qu'il est intitulé chambre et bain mais à 125 e la nuit cela est plus cher que certains hôtels proches. Pas de bruit, sauf les 2 ascenseurs qui y sont accolés.
Aspectos negativos: Le matériel de cuisson.

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement est idéal, l'accueil est très bien organisée. De plus, tous les équipements nécessaires sont a disposition et le lit est très confortable :)
