Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es inmejorable para disfrutar de Madrid. Hermoso barrio.

Aspectos negativos: Los cuatro pisos por escalera pero lo tomamos como parte del paseo.

Aspectos positivos: Well-kept flat, good location, clean. Equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, the owner keeps in touch by phone, gives full information on how to get there, how to use locker with key other information needed. A tip: in the flat is a boiler. If you are a family of four with a teenager girl it can run out of hot water ;)

Aspectos positivos: Big space, has everything you’d need. Air con worked well. Ideal location, walkable to most sites & centre of Madrid. 5 mins walk to Metro station. Access to flat easy & able to checkin & checkout easily.

Aspectos negativos: Be aware it’s on the 4th floor with no lift access!!

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we didn’t like - the owner communicated well, so we know everything. Two things to be aware of 1) on 4th floor - lots of steps - great for cardio! 2) getting the key was well explained & found easily - but is more faff than the average rental

Aspectos positivos: Удобное расположение. Что позволяло планировать пешие прогулки по городу, в разных направлениях. Рядом продуктовый магазин и множество кафе, ресторанов. Понравилось просыпаться с ранними лучами солнца в безоблачную погоду. Чистота и порядок. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за возможность оставить багаж до заселения.

Fantastisk ophold i skønne Madrid - dejligt centralt - rigtig god til prisen.

Aspectos positivos: Placeringen er helt fantastisk - i det bedste område i Madrid med små gader fyldt med cafeer, restauraner og butikker. Så hyggelig en stemning overalt. Gå-afstand til mange seværdigheder. Virkelig et skønt område at bo i.

Aspectos negativos: Lidt støj fra gaden om aftenen/natten - der er godt gang i bylivet, og vinduerne i stuen (hvor 1 gæst sov på sovesofaen) er ikke tætte nok, så der var en del støj. (Dog ikke noget større problem).

Aspectos positivos: GREAT location and charming space. Quite pleasant overall.

Aspectos negativos: Fri and Sat nights very noisy in the living-room until very late, so keep that in mind if you plan on sleeping there. Thankfully the noise didn’t bother in bedroom. Toaster not working. Clothes-washer very hard to figure out without a manual. Bathroom sink quite stopped-up.

Aspectos positivos: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est très agréable à vivre : lumineux esthétique et fonctionnel.Tout est là pour un séjour réussi. Il se situe de plus dans un quartier central de Madrid ce qui permet de découvrir la ville sans nécessairement prendre les transports. Dans la rue, des citations et pensées d'écrivains espagnols à découvrir, des restaurants, des bars, des alimentations. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les échanges avec Ana qui était très attentive à ce que tout se passe bien. Un livret d'accueil était en plus présent et nous a donné de bonnes idées de lieux à découvrir dans Madrid. Nous reviendrons.
