Aspectos positivos: Fuimos con nuestra hija. El alojamiento fue cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia y con detalles como libros, revistas, guías de la ciudad, todo muy bien cuidado. La cocina pequeña pero súper completa y moderna, con cafetera Nexpreso, te dejan un kit de limpieza, con esponja, paño y lavavajillas. Nos encantó que tuviera 2 baños, aunque debo decir que la ducha de uno de los baños era súper chiquita y no se usó. La ubicación excelente cerca de una estación de metro y de la terminal de Atocha.

Aspectos negativos: Tener que ocuparme de bajar la basura el día anterior en la noche. Es algo que deberían prever ellos mismos al día siguiente.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento esta muy bien cuidado, comercor muy amplio,, cocina completa y habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: Todo fue según lo previsto. No le pongo ningún apega al apartamento.

Central Madrid without the chaos

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely loved this apartment. It’s bright, spacious, spotless, and in a top location, right next to Retiro Park and Atocha station. You can walk everywhere, public transport /grabbing a taxi is effortless, and yet the apartment sits on a quiet little lane where nights are blissfully silent. The big windows give loads of natural light and the bed is dangerously comfortable. The kind that makes you question your life choices when the alarm goes off. The apartment is super well equipped (incl. washing machine detergent, dishwasher tabs, all those small things that make a stay feel easy. The management company is professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They were flexible and kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference. And Silvia, who welcomed us, is an absolute gem: warm, helpful, and clearly someone who cares that you have a great stay. Would 100% stay here again!

Would be a perfect stay, but...

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is large and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked: tableware, small equipment, etc. Everything is clean and works well. Air conditions work fine. Bathrooms are clean and have even an electronic scale (not working showing low battery). One bathroom is tiny, suitable only for a child, but it helps nevertheless. The location is perfect: in the very centre yet relatively quiet street, 10 min walk to Prado. Very convenient. Why it is not 10 then? See the next section.

Aspectos negativos: Everything would be perfect if the company did not demonstrate… hm-m… let us call it unreasonable frugality. We travel from 3 to 5 months a year and get used to having enough consumables in the apartments we rent. Here, we were given rather scarce amount of everything: one dishwasher liquid, one washing machine detergent, one garbage bag, one tiny piece of soap, etc. Oh, yeah, and zero paper towels or napkins. It is probably OK for two-three nights stay, but we stayed here for 11 nights. When we asked the company for more consumables, we got firm “no”. What a traveller is supposed to do? Go buy toilet paper and garbage bags? But they are sold in large numbers. I will use a few, but what do I do with the rest? A simple situation: if one bathroom is occupied, I can use second bathroom. But my only towel is in the first one! What am I supposed to do? Did anyone think about practicality of staying in the apartment they offer? C’mon, guys, you save a few cents, but cause obvious reputational damage!

Aspectos positivos: Moments away from a metro station, el Retiro park, el Prado and La Reina Sofia.

Very comfortable and secure home away from home in a great location

Aspectos positivos: All appliances were of good quality, heating very good, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, washing machine fantastic, apartment very secure, location close to main train station and Retiro park

Aspectos negativos: A little noisy from traffic in the street but didn’t affect us too much, the sofa couch uncomfortable for sitting

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Prado, Reina Sofia museums, El Retiro and Salamanca. Also only 600m from the main train station and 300m to a metro.

Aspectos negativos: Despite it being in a small street the traffic noise at night could sometimes be noisy. If there was double glazing in the bedroom would give it a 10.

Aspectos positivos: A kind gentleman named Fabio greeted us and answered all our questions. Easy to communicate with host on Whatsapp. Great location near parque El Retiro. Kitchen is well equipped. Building is very secure. All appliances worked properly.

Aspectos positivos: A lovely young lady met us outside the front door to let us in and it was no problem when we arrived later than expected. The apartment was spacious, quiet, sunny and with a gorgeous view of an amazing building. It was well equipped with everything you need and close to the train station and a variety of restaurants, cafes, etc. Also a lovely park. Wifi was excellent and was extremely safe and secure with the solid locks, etc. Thank you.
