Aspectos negativos: None of the bedrooms had curtains, it’s impossible to sleep in the morning. ✅ Ninguna de las habitaciones tenía cortinas, es imposible dormir por la mañana.

Aspectos positivos: Todo dentro del depto impecable, no faltaba nada, ubicación cerca de todo, limpisimo y muy cómodo... Eramos 6 y 3 niños perfecto.. El mejor que hemos estado. BUENÍSIMO
Aspectos negativos: Nada, rodeado de restaurantes y minimarkets,a pasos del Reina Sofía, de Atocha, de El Retiro TODO BIEN

Cuarta habitación muy incomoda
Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones muy cómodas...toda la variedad de ollas platos y demás accesorios en la cocina El hecho que contará con 3 baños y ascensor en el edificio En general las instalaciones muy modernas El detalle de dejar artículos de baño en cada unonde los baños, una bolsa con las cosas básicas dela cocina como lavaloza, limpion y pod para lavadora. A pesar de quedar en una calle muy concurrida no se escucha nada de ruido Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en la sala ....en general todo muy positivo
Aspectos negativos: La cuarta habitación era muy pequeña y con cama exclusivamente para niños pequeños por su tamaño, en realidad está habitación muy incomoda. Había olor a sifón en el apartamento que se intensificaba en algunos momentos del día

Aspectos positivos: Todo en general. Es un piso muy acogedor y amplio. No falta de nada.
Aspectos negativos: El metro que pasa por debajo y se oye un poco. No hubo manera de poder ver los canales de la tele.

Fantastic Stay at Minty Stay Atocha, Highly Recommended!
Aspectos positivos: My friends and I had an amazing time at Minty Stay Atocha. Katie was fantastic—she reached out before our trip, so we're able to communicate in advance when our flight was delayed, and was always quick to respond with great local tips. The flat is spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with four comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large living area, and a full kitchen (just bring your own salt and pepper!). We loved the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The location is unbeatable—shops, restaurants, and a club are right downstairs, and the metro is nearby. It’s about 45 minutes from the airport by Uber, and we found group rides super convenient.
Aspectos negativos: A few minor things to note: the ensuite in the back bedroom had a slow-draining shower and a quirky toilet flush mechanism that sometimes kept running. It could use a fix to avoid water waste. Also, only one small pillow was provided per person—two would have been more comfortable. Lastly, the front bedrooms can get noisy at night due to nearby nightlife, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs and keep the balcony doors shut. And we had to ensure we throw our own rubbish outside from 8 pm. Despite these small issues, our stay was amazing overall. We absolutely loved the place and would happily return!
