Cozy, fully equipped apartment in Madrid close to the railway station

Aspectos positivos: I chose this property because of its proximity to Atocha station in Madrid, walking distance, and in addition the price which I considered reasonable. As it turned out the apartment was much more than I needed for a single night stay between train and plane, however I took advantage of that to have a nice pre-dinner drink on the balcony then watch some pre-bed TV on the large screen! Due to the excellent location a metro station is only minutes walk away so easy to get into the centre of town for dinner. I decided to walk back, and it was only about 20 minutes from Plaza Mayor. The apartment is fully equipped and would be ideal for longer stays. The apartment I stayed in was on the first floor. There is no lift, but the stairs is not too arduous to carry a suitcase.

Aspectos negativos: No issues to mention.

Modern, comfortable, very good location

Aspectos positivos: Location was good, walking distance from Atocha station, quite centric. It was a bit of a walk to Gran Via in July heat but it's just about 20 minutes or so. The apartment had everything you'll need, it was very modern, bed was comfortable, it had smart TV with Netflix etc you could log into your own, kitchen was well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker etc.

Aspectos negativos: The door to the bathroom/toilet is glass with a frosted middle section, which meant that if you sat on the sofa you could see the person sitting on the loo!! hahaha! not ideal really! We did have a bit of trouble with the dripping AC unit, I was worried it was going to spoil their flooring, was reported to the hosts so hopefully that'll get sorted as dripping kept us up between the noise and the worry.

Aspectos positivos: 工作人员很好，提前让我们入住存放行李，这样我们到了以后就很方便的去我们其他想去的地方，我住的其他民宿，提前入住都是要另外付费的，但是这家非常好。并且我们需要再增加一张单人床，也给我们提供了，谢谢

Aspectos negativos: 厨房器具可能好久没人用，但是没有再清洗过，锅里脏脏的。是要定期检查一下。

Aspectos positivos: excellent location! Despite being walking distance from metro, train station, markets, museums, good restaurants and tapa bars, the street was very peaceable! Good facilities, comfy bed.

Aspectos negativos: Not related to the apartment, but the building has no elevators and the stairs are a little narrow.

Aspectos positivos: 마드리드를 여행하기에 좋은 위치였습니다. 낮에는 001번 무료 버스를 이묭해서 관광을 하고, 저녁에는 미술관 무료입장하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 마지막에 아토차역에서 차량 렌탈하기에도 좋았네요. 아파트는 깨끗하고 세명이 묵기에 적당했습니다. 거실에 에어 매트리스를 준비해 주었습니다. 다나이는 친절하고 얼리 체크인도 가능했습니다. 1층이라서 계단을 올라가야 합니다.

강추. 다시 오고 싶은 숙소

Aspectos positivos: 예약 당시 후기가 없어 걱정했는데 아토차역에서도 가깝고 관광지와의 거리도 도보 2-30분 내외라 충분해요. 인근에 마트도 있어서 식재료 구입해서 조리해 먹을 수 있고 세탁기까지 있어서 빨래도 가능합니다. 집이 생각보다 꽤 커서 좋았어요. 숙소에 미리 연락하면 짐도 미리 가져다둘 수 있어서 좋았어요. 침구가 너무 편해서 푹 잤어요. 현관키와 집키가 따로 있어서 귀찮지만 보안 면에서는 아주 좋아요. 숙소는 1층(한국 기준 2층)이고 엘리베이터가 없지만 큰 문제는 없습니다.

Aspectos negativos: 세탁이 끝나면 문을 열어둬서 건조해야 하는데 이용객들이 그 부분을 간과했나 봐요. 고무패킹에 곰팡이가 좀 피어 있어요.
