Aspectos positivos: The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and well-equipped. Everything looked exactly like the photos. All the furniture and appliances are high quality, with plenty of storage space. The air conditioning was very helpful since we visited Madrid in August. The location was also perfect—close to parks, museums, shops and restaurants. It was very quiet at night. The hosts were very nice and assisted us with all our questions throughout our stay.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento molto bello e amplio, in una posizione comodissima. Gli spazi sono ben suddivisi in maniera da poter avere la giusta privacy e accoglienza. Ben arredato e con accessori nuovi e comodi. Davvero molto bello

Great comfortable apartment. Spatious and luminous. Would definitely stay here again.
Aspectos positivos: Beautiful property, good location, comfortable. Host was also great.
Aspectos negativos: We had large heavy suitcases and more (our fault) so it was hard to take all our stuff up two flights of stairs upon arrival and then down.

Would stay again as location was perfect. Close to train station, museums, park and old town.
Aspectos positivos: Location was amazing! Electrolyte drinks left in fridge for us which was thoughtful. Very clean, spacious and loved all the floor to ceiling windows. Host was very receptive and helpful.
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, could not open up the bedroom windows and extra pillows for the bed would have been nice.

Perfetta per 4 persone!
Aspectos positivos: Appartamento stupendo, posizione comodissima. Ha due camere e due bagni, perfetti per due coppie come eravamo noi. Silenzioso, letto comodissimo! Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore ma è comodissimo! Zona salotto meravigliosa per fare colazione (o anche pranzi o cene!). In zona tanti negozi e locali per vivere al meglio lo spirito vibrante della città! Consigliatissimo!!

Iun soggiorno, molto comodo
Aspectos positivos: L’appartamento è molto grande, un ampio salone su cui si affaccia una camera da letto con armadio a muro e grande bagno con vasca. Sempre dal salone parte la cucina ampia, che porta alla seconda camera da letto e al bagno più piccolo doccia. L’appartamento è vicinissimo sia alla stazione che al centro, abbastanza silenzioso, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. In posizione strategica, dotato di tutti i comfort e l’host che lo gestisce è veramente disponibile, professionale, comunicativo. Consiglio questo appartamento anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Aspectos negativos: Il fatto di non avere l’ascensore e di essere al secondo piano, quando si parte e si arriva con i bagagli è un po’ scomodo. Il climatizzatore è centralizzato, ma nella seconda camera da letto non c’è la fessura di uscita dell’aria. Questo provoca grosse differenze di temperatura tra le due stanze da letto di notte e non è semplice trovare un compromesso.

Had a lovely stay and would book again!
Aspectos positivos: Loved the layout and how the flat was decorated. Felt very comfortable. The washer and dryer helped during our longer stay. Additionally, the proximity to the park and train station made it convenient.
Aspectos negativos: Could have used a couple extra pillows on the beds.

A great find which I would return to anytime in Madrid!
Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect. It was on a very quiet somewhat nondescript street. At the same time it was a minute’s from great cafes, restaurants and more. I was able to walk all over Madrid from the apartment with no issue. The apartment was simple with everything you might need. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very accessible by text and very informative regarding entering the apartment and the apartment itself. No issues.
