Excelente lugar en un excelente barrio

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación. Se llega a todos los lugares de interés caminando, con mucha vida en el entorno, pero silencioso para poder descansar. El departamento estaba bien equipado y tuvimos todo lo necesario.

Aspectos negativos: Como oportunidad de mejora, podrían dejar agua para la llegada.

Hermoso departamento con muy buenos servicios

Aspectos positivos: Todo. Buena ubicación, super segura y con un supermercado a una cuadra. Las instalaciones son super cómodas, funciona todo y el departamento es super agradable y acogedor. Te hace sentir en casa.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion es fantastica. A 4 cuadras de la estacion Anton Martin del Metro, y caminando un poco mas se llega hasta Atocha incluso. Si se camina para el otro lado, a pocas cuadras se llega a puerta del sol. Es un poco ruidoso por la noche ya que hay muchos bares cerca, pero el departamento tiene doble vidrio y esta bien aislado. Si bien esta en 3er piso, hay ascensor para poder subir los equipajes sin problemas. Hay varios supermercados cerca, incluso un pequeño mercado casi en la planta baja a unos pasos. El departamento tiene equipos de aire acondicionado y calefaccion con radiadores. TIene heladera, freezer, lavavajillas, lavarropas, horno y horno a microondas tal cual lo publicado. tambien tiene tostadora de pan. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Los sillones verdes de la foto son supercomodos para ver TV.

Aspectos negativos: Casi nada de punto negativo, quizas de las 3 TV que hay ninguna es smart (como hay en varios lugares) pero solo por el hecho que alguien quiera pasar mas tiempo y mirar alguna pelicula, pero se puede ver TV de aire sin problemas como para entretenerse el tiempo que uno pase en el departamento.

Ideal for a short break.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in Huertas. A supermarket and restaurants a minute or two away. Easy walking distance to the art galleries and El Retiro park in one direction; slightly further in the other direction to Plaza Mayor and Sol, and with the area between full of shops and restaurants. The flat is at the back of the building overlooking a quiet street. We catered for breakfast, drinks and snacks, and ate out for lunch and dinner. The beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space, a large separate lounge.

Aspectos negativos: It was not particularly well equipped if, say, you wanted to cook for a family. There was a basic induction hob which I found quite difficult to operate and was slow. We only used it to boil a kettle. The dining chairs were basic and flimsy, and one broke when I sat on it because a bolt had come loose. After reporting the accident, the agents were very helpful and they replaced the broken chair with two new and sturdier chairs a couple of days later. The maintenance man also spent time tightening the joints of the other chairs. There was no outside space.

Aspectos positivos: Really good location, apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Company was very professional, friendly and responded very quickly.

Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic, with plenty of options for bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the front door. Great access to tourist attractions as well so you'll have no problems finding things to do. The staff are very nice and helpful as well, and gave us some recommendations on where to start on our first night and were supportive with all of our subsequent queries through the week that we were there. The flat itself is a great space that stays cool and has all the facilities you could need, with good WiFi being especially appreciated by our group. I would definitely like to come back on any future trips to Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very centrally located, close to the Prado Museum and the Plaza Mayor, in a lively neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. And there is a nice minimarket littery next door, which is open every day from 9:00 till 24:00.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment fits five persons, so it would have been nice if there were five the same of everything in the kitchen. There were sufficient plates, glasses, spoons, etc. though.

Príjemný byt s centrálnym umiestnením

Aspectos positivos: Umiestnenie bytu je veľmi dobré - na skok do PRADA a asi 10-12 minút Plaza Mayor. Rovnako aj stanica Atocha a metro sú blízko. Byt je dostatočne priestranný aj pre 5 ľudí. Je na treťom poschodí s výťahom. Bol čistý a uprataný, dostatok úložného priestoru. Z ulice nebol počuť žiaden hluk, skôr len medzi jednotlivými bytmi, kde ide počuť takmer všetko. Susedia však boli tichí. Na osobu uterák a osuška - všetko čisté. Boli sme ubytovaní koncom februára a v byte sa kúrilo. Rovnako je tam aj klimatizácia. Pár metrov od ubytovania je dobre zásobený obchod a ďalšie nájdete v blízkosti na každej ulici.

Aspectos negativos: Náš pobyt bol na 7 nocí a hygienický balíček obsahoval okrem utierky, hubky na riad aj malú nádobu s prostriedkom na umývanie riadu, jednu tabletu do umývačky, jednu do práčky, menší sáčok na odpad a 2 rolky toaletného papiera. Vzhľadom na počet osôb a nocí by potešilo väčšie množstvo, ale všetko potrebné sme si kúpili v obchode. Sušiť prádlo sa dá len na vonkajšej šňúre medzi oknami. V tomto prípade mi chýbali štipce, prípadne sušiak na prádlo. Práčku sme preto ani nevyužili. Jedna menšia kúpelňa so sprchovým kútom a toaletou, ale s tým sme rátali. Výhodou bolo kúpeľňové okno. Najmä v zime by sa na chodbe zišiel vešiak na zavesenie búnd. Inak všetko veľmi fajn, realita zodpovedá vyobrazeniu a pobyt by som odporučila. Ďakujeme.
