Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad y el silencio que había en el apartamento

Aspectos negativos: El colchón hay que cambiarlo. Ha perdido su firmeza y terminabas en el centro.

Aspectos positivos: El lugar está lindo, tal cual como en las fotos, está super céntrico, caminando llegas a donde quieras, el personal siempre están al pendiente de tu estancia y son súper amables.

Aspectos positivos: Esta muy bien situado, a 10 minutos del centro y no se escucha nada de vecinos ni de trafico, además todo muy nuevo.

Aspectos positivos: La cama era muy buena y la cocina no le faltaba nada

Aspectos negativos: El sofá está fatal,hundido totalmente

Aspectos positivos: The room is very stylish. Aside from the bathroom, everything is in order and works properly. It’s quite clean and modern! The room has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the impression is positive.

Aspectos negativos: The drain in the shower cabin was not working. For the first three days, we had to shower for only 2 minutes, then wait 5 minutes for the water to drain to avoid flooding the entire bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom sink sprays water in different directions because the aerator is misaligned. The towel racks in the bathroom are loose.

Aspectos positivos: Clean, good location. Emi was very helpful and responsive.

Great few days in a really clean and well positioned apartment

Aspectos positivos: location to an event I was competing and to Madrid generally. The property was a good size and with as I had lots of sports kit including bike was able to put to the side without a problem. Whilst on 5th floor good quick lift.

Aspectos negativos: The property needs some basic repairs which are inexpensive - replace the control end caps and knob on the shower control which were missing. Rehang the soap dispenser the shower which had come off the wall. could use the extractor fan in thx kitchen. the kitchen tap was lose and needs tightening. The door entry all electronic (all from the phone - didn’t always work first time and always had to take your phone unless someone was in the property to let you back in) There isn’t a full set of knives forks plates mugs (enough for 2 people) but clearly previous breakage reduced the number available.

Ideal para disfrutar de Madrid sin aglomeraciones.

Aspectos positivos: Un lugar tranquilo, fuera de las aglomeraciones pero muy bien ubicado a unos pasos del Palacio Real

Aspectos positivos: Achamos o espaço organizado, aconchegante e silencioso. Foi muito simpático da parte do administrador nos deixar entrar mais cedo do que o horário estabelecido pelo checkin.

Aspectos negativos: Não gostamos do colchão. A aplicação que permite o chekin não é nada intuitivo para a abertura da porta no momento do checkin.
