Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente, limpieza impecable, el piso es muy moderno y coqueto.

Aspectos negativos: Hay poca intimidad entre habitaciones

Departamento amplio y lujoso

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo pero super tranquilo para dormir. El departamento es super amplio . La cocina está muy bien equipada. Las camas son muy cómodas. Está muy lindo decorado. Una habitación tiene baño en suite.

Aspectos negativos: Ir a buscar las llaves a otro lugar, tipo locker. Que las dos habitaciones estén seguidas, o sea para entrar a la segunda hay que pasar por la primera. El segundo baño queda muy lejos. Queda en un sótano, aunque tiene ascensor pequeño y mucha luz porque da a dos patios.

Espacioso y cómodo. Importante: para recoger las llaves hay que desplazarse

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la comodidad. Muy bien situado, las camas muy cómodas y el salón muy acogedor

Aspectos negativos: Tener que recoger las llaves en una oficina a más 3 kilometros del apartamento. Las puertas no cerraban bien, son habitaciones italianas, una sin ventana y en la otra sin puerta, te entra la luz de la ventana de la cocina, que no tiene cortina

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was lovely, spacious with sufficient facilities. Having two bathrooms was ideal for a group of 4 and the kitchen was great for our stay. It has easy access to the metro and the local area is pleasant. We enjoyed our stay

Aspectos negativos: The courtyard smelled so we did not end up using it. But this was not a big issue.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. We would love to come back and book again.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment's location was great — everything was within a few hundred metres. If we wanted to go into town, the metro was the best option. The metro station was very close to the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: Since two couples were travelling together, it would have been better if we had known that, in reality, the two bedrooms were actually one room separated by a wooden paravan and a door without locks. This was a bit uncomfortable for the two married couples.

Aspectos positivos: The location was amazing. Literally walking distance to the shopping street and restaurants. The apartment was located on a quiet street which made it very pleasant. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious with a very arty touch. It even had a small patio. The beds were so comfy I would say it’s 5 star quality which is always a plus.

Aspectos negativos: The check in was very confusing as it gave us a direction 20 min away to pick up the keys luckily we made it in to the building and met the cleaning lady so she gave us the key. I was trying to contact the owner for guidance but they didn’t pick up and after sending multiple messages they responded hours later (and then not even to my concerning message). So, to be honest, I still don’t know what would have happened if the cleaning lady wasn’t there because we were standing on the street with two small children and suitcases without any clarity. Also, one of the days the electricity went out and I was alone with the kids in the house. I couldn’t solve the issue and again tried to contact the owner without result… we had a lot of food in the fridge and I was almost out of battery and was waiting for hours to my partner came home to solve it with me. I really hope that the right person read this message because it was really not a pleasant experience. Neither of them! Every time I called the line was occupied. I don’t know if they just turn off phone calls or what was going on because we tried many times throughout our stay and it was always the same!

Städtetrip

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist super und war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt als Familie. Die Ausstattung war für uns perfekt. Es war in der Küche alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht hatten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Aspectos negativos: Der Zugang zur Wohnung war unverständlich. Uns war nicht klar, wo wir klingeln sollen (es gab keine Null auf der Klingel). Auch die Wohnungstür im Keller war nicht beschriftet. Das Öffnen der Wohnungstür über die Internetseite hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Zum Glück hatten wir immer den Schlüssel dabei.

The decor of this apt elevated my entire experience.

Aspectos positivos: The style and decor of the apt was incredible. Very large and open- even an outdoor space - despite being on -2 level, it didn’t feel that way at all. It’s right in the heart of it all. Will definitely stay here again.
