Insuperable!

Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó todo, ya es el tercer año que nos alojamos allí.

Aspectos negativos: Tener que irnos!

Aspectos positivos: el apartamento es tal cual las fotos, estaba muy limpio. detalle de gel y champú y secador se agradece. nos dejaron unas capsulas de café, es un detalle

Aspectos negativos: el sofá es duro para dormir. pondría mas toallas tambien.

Ubicación y confort sobresalientes

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y lo amplio que es el apartamento . Tiene todo para pasar una estancia de lo más agradable. El anfitrión muy atento y amable.

Aspectos negativos: La verdad es que me gustó todo

Ubicación muy céntrica. Muy completo el apartamento (plancha, tostadora...). Muchos bares cerca.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del apartamento y muy completo por dentro (secador pelo, tostador pan, plancha para ropa, etc...)

Aspectos negativos: El sofá cama un poco duro.

Great location but some issues with noise

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic position, reasonable price and very attentive customer service. The apartment is very big, well decorated, equipped (the dishwasher was a pleasant surprise) and very clean, with a few nice touches like small sets for detergents, tea and coffee

Aspectos negativos: There are a few issues with small maintenance (shower not draining, a few hangers or drawers broken, etc) but for us the main issue was comfort, and in particular noise insulation. Even if it's an apartment part of a big condo, the walls and windows feel paper thin and you can hear anything that happens on the floor (the elevator was surprisingly noisy!) or the street. On top of that, the bed makes all sorts of cracking sounds so all together it's hard to get a good night of sleep.

Aspectos positivos: Liked the location of the property as it was very convenient to go from there.

Aspectos negativos: The property was overpriced as per the class of the property.

relaxing and attractions are walking distance

Aspectos positivos: it’s very central to the attractions but still peaceful. the property is well maintained, plus side there’s netflix, amazon prime..

Nice place to stay during the Madrid visit.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment with great location. Roof top swimming pool was a nice place to refresh after exploring the city. Close to the train station.

Best location for visiting Madrid!

Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment is excellent, just across the street from Prado, and Gran Via is a 7 min walk away from the apartment. We visited everything on our Madrid itinerary by foot. The apartment is equipped with necesities ( dish detergent, paper towel, toilet paper). The building has a nicest, friendliest receptionist we’ve met! Our host Raul was also kind and answered all our questions.

Aspectos negativos: The garage is the only thing we won’t miss and it’s unfortunately not something that can improve. The parking spot you use is on -3 level and the garage was built with small cars in mind. It was difficult to park a VW Passat and in my opinion - a longer car (caravan, SUV) would not be able to navigate through the turns at all.

A great apartment in a lovely area. I would recommend to friends and I would stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: The property was very spacious, secure, quiet and clean. The staff were very lovely, waiting for me to arrive 😁
