Hermoso y super recomendable

Aspectos positivos: El departamento es hermoso! La ubicación es excelente, está super lindo decorado, es cómodo, el check in es simple y práctico, y la atención fue muy buena. Super recomendable!

Aspectos negativos: Estuvo todo impecable, quizas seria bueno tener un poco más de flexibilidad en el horario de check in, pero es menor porque es posible hacerlo de forma anticipada pero tiene un costo.

Excelente alojamiento en el centro de Madrid

Aspectos positivos: El departamento es hermoso, muy bien mantenido y decorado. Está en una excelente ubicación en el centro de Madrid, y aún así es silencioso por las noches. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Todo estaba impecable, tanto el departamento como el edificio.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación excelente. A minutos caminando de todas las zonas turísticas y lleba de comercios y restaurantes, en una zona muy segura. El departamento es muy cómodo y esta muy bien equipado. La limpieza también es excelente

Aspectos negativos: En general esta todo muy, bien pero habia pequeños detalles en el mantenimiento del departamento, como enchufes que no funcionaban.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la amplitud del salón, y poder estar fresquita durante esta ola de calor

Aspectos negativos: La cocina era muy obsoleta y el horno no funcionaba

Aspectos positivos: First of all, location!!! Absolutely fantastic!! We walked everywhere and never use any transport apart from going to the AirPort. Everything is so close so you can reach every main attraction just walking there. The apartment is clean and has all you need for a short stay.

Aspectos negativos: It would be nice to have some salt, olive oil and coffee capsules since there is a nice coffee machine. I like to cook so for me it would be great to have those little things in the kitchen 😉

The stay was great. The check in was the worst of my life !!!!

Aspectos positivos: The apt. was very nice and clean It was well located to see sites of interest

Aspectos negativos: The bed was way too small for 2 people. There is room for at least a queen size bed; Getting the keys was a nightmare. Before arrival I had several discussions with the landlords about meeting at the apt to get keys. They refused and said we had to come to another site, several minutes away to get keys. I proved to them I had a receipt for payment that said the keys were in a lock box onsite. They said ti was a mistake. I had to come to get the keys. Before arriving by train in Madrid I called to arrange for keys. They said I had to go to a website, but I had no access to a website. I explained the situation and was told the keys would be ready for me. We arrived by taxi, which was waiting for us at the door, and was told again that I had to check in by a website, even though I was standing right in front of the desk in their office. Emiliano came out of his office and had someone get the keys from the lockbox, which was right in front of the desk. What a terrible way to get keys and be told , AFTER, you paid that the receipt that said a lock box was on site, was a mistake. Please understand that the apartment was very well located and very clean. I would certainly stay again , IF, someone would meet me at the door with keys !!!!

Aspectos positivos: Instructions tres claires pour le check-in et le check-out, position centrale (2 mn à pied de Plaza Mayor, 3 mn du métro Opera et 5 mn de Puerta del Sol), tranquillité (l’appartement donne sur la cour intérieure), ptopreté

Aspectos negativos: Quartier tres touristique donc ayant perdu un peu de son ame madrilrne

Aspectos positivos: 住宿地點超級棒，直接就是在馬德里最核心的地點，大門出來就是鼎鼎有名的油條巧克力店，無論是用餐還是到各個景點都很方便，走路到太陽門廣場也僅需5分鐘，走路到馬德里皇宮僅需10分鐘，我們是雙人入住，房間的沙發很好坐，床也好睡，推薦給要來馬德里的遊客，非常棒的住宿
