Atención si vas con mascota
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy bonito, la cama muy buena, el colchón fantástico. Cocina abierta al salón, muy mono y muy cómodo. Muy bien equipado. La ubicación es fantástica y no se escucha nada de ruido.
Aspectos negativos: Dos cosas no me han gustado nada, el thermo de agua caliente es muy pequeño y no es suficiente ni siquiera para que se duche una persona. Son 5 minutos de agua caliente. Mi pareja y yo teníamos que ducharnos uno a la mañana y el otro a la noche. Además, por llevar nuestra mascota nos cobrarán por 4 días un extra de 190€ y eso me ha parecido un despropósito. Nos han dicho que era una tasa de limpieza.

Lo que necesitaba
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente.Bien equipado. Con ascensor y lo mas importante para nosotros poder tener el apoyo emocional de nuestro perrito Garu. Eso lo vale todo. Ricardo estuvo al pendiente de cualquier mensaje y siempre contestó.
Aspectos negativos: Realmente no es 😁 cosa del apartamento como tal. Hasta el día de hoy no he encontrado un sofa cama cómodo😂😂😂. Se que hay personas que duermen hasta de pie, jejeje. Not my case.

Excellent option for a Madrid city stay.
Aspectos positivos: Great location in Barrio de las Letras, on a quiet street but very near to good restaurants and bookshops, and the Golden Triangle of famous art museums in Madrid. Clean, bright and quiet.

Relaxed stay in a big noisy city
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very well located, within 10-20 min walking of most of the important destinations (Sol, Gran Via, Prado, Retiro and the Botanic Garden, other major museums such as Reina Sofia or Thyssen-Bornemisza, Plaza Mayor and so on. Metro station (line 1) next door. Big enough for two to feel very comfortable (especially given the size standards in major cities. Very quiet (bedroom with an interior view), even unbelievably so if you ever spent a weekend in Madrid center. Have (almost) everything you may need for your stay. Excellent service (thank you very much Eduardo!) - check-in, check-out, communication, info about the area, all was absolutely top.
Aspectos negativos: More a suggestion than criticism: a few small touches would lead to almost perfection. Example: just two capsules of coffee, a little bit of salt / pepper / oil, definitely a cork screw if someone likes to have a glass of wine in the apartment.

Aspectos positivos: The location was great. Most attractions easy to walk to. The apartment was very clean and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great.
Aspectos negativos: Needs a larger capacity hot water tank and a faster shower drain.

Aspectos positivos: The place is very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The AC works perfectly and everything functions well. It’s on the 4th floor in a very quite street, and it’s very close to the metro station. The location is perfect. I highly recommend it.
Aspectos negativos: There are really minor things that are not that important but should be noted nonetheless: 1. The shower drain is a bit slow (water doesn’t go down quickly) 2. The elevator sometimes works only from the third floor, so had to go down and up 1 floor, which is not a big issue. 3. The wall that separates the apartment from the next-door apartment is a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors (it seemed like there was a piano and sometimes they used to play). However, these were honestly very minor issues. I highly recommend the place because it is great!

Aspectos positivos: Lokalizacja jest świetna. Eduardo był w kontakcie na parę dni przed przyjazdem i wszystko z odebraniem kluczy było jak się umówiliśmy. Przekazywał nam też informacje o które prosiliśmy. Bardzo kontaktowa osoba.
Aspectos negativos: W mieszkaniu była maszyna do kawy i kapsułki ale nie ma filiżanek do kawy. Były kieliszki do wina ale nie ma otwieracza, ale to są drobiazgi.

Aspectos positivos: La casa molto carina e accogliente. In una zona centrale e comoda per girare a piedi, a metà strada tra il Museo del Prado e Plaza Mayor. Letto molto comodo. Zona cucina c’è tutto, anche un piccolo set di benvenuto
Aspectos negativos: Lo scaldabagno va gestito, non riesce a fare due docce di fila. Se una persona ha i capelli lunghi deve regolarsi anche con una! Consiglierei di metterne uno più grande.
