Great place in fancy and fun area

Aspectos positivos: Really spacious living area, comfy beds, two showers and toilets, coffee machine and full fridge was great. TV had Netflix and YouTube music etc. The location is perfect for getting to the city and it's a really nice area itself for brunch and bars and wondering around, it's the fancy area I think. The communication is so great and helpful and quick. Honestly great place.

Aspectos negativos: The only slight down side was the noise late into the evening/ morning on Friday- Saturday could be heard in the living room and one bedroom. The other was fine. It is a really lovely area and the bar nearby is really great but lots of people are on the street towards the end I think. Didn't bother me but my friend who doesn't sleep much anyway heard it!

Exceptional apartment!

Aspectos positivos: Excellent apartment, close to the downtown - you can walk but yet a bit away from the noisy places so it was comfortable! My friends stayed in another apartment right above the nightclub, it was way loud! MintyStay is a piece of comfort and quietness. I loved it! The beds are huge and the mattresses are perfect! Highly recommended!

Ótima opção em Madrid

Aspectos positivos: O apartamento é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. Parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Possui ótimos equipamentos de cozinha (forno de microondas, fogão de indução, máquina de lavar e secar roupa, televisão com canais a cabo, calefação etc.). O atendimento da empresa administradora (Mint Stay) foi excelente. A localização é ótima: bairro perto de tudo!

Aspectos negativos: Único ponto negativo é o barulho da rua durante a noite. Como está localizado em um bairro jovem e boêmio, há muito barulho durante a madrugada.

Aspectos positivos: Lokacija top,higijena na nivou, prednost što ima dva kupatila. Apartman još lepši uživo. Sve pohvale za smeštaj...

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location near many restaurants, bars, attractions. Two bedrooms, two bath great for our family.

Modern apartment in a great central location

Aspectos positivos: Modern apartment with two bathrooms with a toilet, in a great location in the city center. Very good central air conditioning with separate control by room. Independent check-in, code and magnetic card entry. All necessary equipment. Nespresso coffee machine.

Aspectos negativos: Noise from the street at night heard especially in the larger bedroom, the smaller bedroom faces the inside and is quiet. I recommend earplugs for those sensitive to noise. From time to time noise also from the neighbors or the corridor, footsteps can be heard. There are completely unnecessary emergency lights in both bedrooms, which cannot be turned off and can disturb the sleep of people sensitive to light, I recommend a sleeping mask.
