Aspectos positivos: Ubicación excelente y tranquilo, aunque algunos vecinos ponían la música alta. La cama es amplia y cómoda y la ducha muy buena. El sofá no es muy cómodo. Con un poco más que inviertan les queda una habitación de 10.

Aspectos negativos: Por 5 noches podrían limpiar la habitación a diario y reponer los amenities, ya que han cobrado 50 € aparte por concepto de limpieza. Y en caso de no hacerlo, pues incluir ese coste en el precio total.

Aspectos negativos: La verdad me gustó todo,lo único que comentaría y me parece muy importante es tener lugar donde dejar las maletas cuando uno se retira, pedí retirarme más tarde ya que mi vuelo salia a la noche y no pudieron resolver el tema y eso es importante , sobretodo cuando uno está tantos días Era simplemente permitirme quedarme hasta las 18 hs aun abonando odejrme dejar las maletas ahí Gracias ,me parece que deben retenerlo, y lo solicite el día que llegue, la repuesta fue que avisara un día antes de retirarme y lo hice ,pero fue negativa Gracias a todos

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es brutal, a un paseo de todo el centro. Nos fuimos una semana con la idea de movernos en metro y no fue necesario. Ideal para una pareja, cama grande y cómoda y todo limpio. La comunicación estupenda vía WhatsApp para resolver cualquier duda respondían muy rápido.

Aspectos negativos: El último día pusimos una lavadora y el centrifugado no iba, después de varios intentos tuvimos que escurrir la ropa a mano para no dejarla chorreando.

Aspectos positivos: La cama muy comoda. Te dejan todo lo necesario para pasar tu estancia. Plancha de ropa. Lavadora. Lavavajillas. Buena ubicacion. Nada de ruido pese a estar en zona de ambiente nocturno. Wifi bueno. La respuesta por el personal a traves de wasap muy rapida y eficiente. Gracias

Aspectos negativos: Los canales de la tv q se veian muy pocos. Y q tampoco hubiese cobertura.

Good facilities and location but issue with laundry

Aspectos positivos: Nice room. Clean, cozy and spacious. Kitchen with basic utensils. The fridge-freezer is strong enough. Water boiler is working. Good location. Next to Metro station. 15 min walk to city centre. Walking distance to large supermarkets (e.g. Mercadona and Supercor). Restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Aspectos negativos: Issues with laundry. The machine is unable to drain the clothes even after using the drain function. I had to drain by hand before airing the clothes. Airer, iron and 1 capsule are provided though.

Great value for money if you don't intend to stay long

Aspectos positivos: The location was great, easy access to Metro and Busses, plenty of restaurants around, lively neighbourhood yet quite. I traveled in low season, therefore the price was a great deal. I believe the price gets x2-3 higher during the hot travel season. Keep this in mind when you read in the comments \

Aspectos negativos: The room cleanliness was OK. Some spots here, some stuff there but nothing critical for me personally. Your mileage may vary. Also, I counted on using washing machine as my stay was rather long but clothes were limited. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work properly. The hosts promissed to fix it for the next guest though.

Great value for money!

Aspectos positivos: Fully renovated, has all you need, great location and great check in experience+communication with the owner. AC and kitchenette were additional great features. Overall, it was great value for money, especially considering the location in the heart of Madrid!

Aspectos negativos: - The shower was a bit unhandy, the floor would get wet all the time. - Sometimes there was a smell of food - it’s on the ground floor so there is no light, you can’t really open the window to change the air

Great apartment, if window view and balcony are not important.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, spacious, vey good AC system, basic items for a few days stay provided in the kitchen and bathroom, host was helpful and responsive to our needs. Location is within 30 mins on foot to major point of interest in the city center, it is close to metro and bus stations, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping places and groceries in the vicinity. The area looked safe and clean, it is quite, the access to building and apartment by pin code and card is very convenient.
