Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor el lugar y la limpieza. A pesar de que no hubiese recepción ni nadie físicamente si les hablabas por WhatsApp contestaban muy rápido.
Aspectos negativos: La verdad que todo muy bien, no tenía secadora pero si tendedero.

Buenas opción en Madrid
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda, muy cerca del centro y con muchos servicios. La limpieza en general es bastante buena. Además, está totalmente reformado y equipado con todo lo necesario. La atención del anfitrión es muy buena y está disponible en todo momento.
Aspectos negativos: Aunque no es para nada culpa del alojamiento, nos tocaron al lado unos huéspedes molestos, cosa que remedió el anfitrión rápidamente. Como propuesta de mejora, añadiría un par de almohadas más altas, ya que las que tienen son sumamente bajas y resultan incómodas. Otro aspecto a mejorar sería el mantenimiento y limpieza de cojines y demás ropa de cama, ya que tenían manchas y cercos.

Aspectos positivos: I liked the position of apartment. It is located city center. The bed was very comfortable.
Aspectos negativos: I didn’t like the thing that it doesn’t have the sofa that opens. And the internet doesn’t reach the bedroom.

Aspectos positivos: The location was the best, and that it was a quiet place - except Saturday ;-). The appartment had a large bed. The appartent was as expected. It looked just like the pictures had shown. You know when the curtains are closed in the pictures, it usually means there isn’t a nice view. We LIKED the apartment!! It was quiet and nice. We had everything we needed. It was positive that we also got keys, not only codes.
Aspectos negativos: The check-in process was very stressful. I had followed every step when checking in digitally. Just a few hours before arriving, I received a message from Minty Stay, stating that they needed our passports, which I already had provided. There were a lot of communcation on whatsapp, with no possibilitye to call directly. The most stressful part was the slow response on WhatsApp - it was very slow - 20 minutes to respond every time...and no concrete solutions. When we arrived, we still hadn’t received the code to the door. I then sent a message through Booking and received the codes within minutes, probably directly from the owner. So, the issue was with the contact with Minty Stay, which did not work well enough. Beside the chech-in, Minty stay did their job. Just some details from the appartment: There were only two wine glasses, and they were very different in size—one was enormous, while the other was quite small. It would cost so little to fix this small detail. The sofa was small and not very comfortable.

Nice appartment with a good value for money
Aspectos positivos: Refubrished appartment, everything new and clean. Location is ok, 12 min from Gran Via, a few min from bars and restaurants. Responsive support team.
Aspectos negativos: The bed is not comfortable, low quality mattress, poor pillows

Aspectos positivos: Zentrale Lage, guter Kommunikation, die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt für einen Kurztrip ausser Sonnenlicht. Es hat seinen Sinn, dass die Vorgänge zu sind… Die Aussicht besteht aus anderen Fenstern auf die man schaut. Dafür ist es leise, da die Wohnung nicht zur Straße raus geht.
