Remarkable stay at a perfect central location
Aspectos positivos: The location is really unmatchable, it is absolutely perfect and extremely convenient wherever you go (metro and city centre 2 mins away) or whatever you want to do (shops, restaurants, market, sightseeing). The flat is exactly as represented on the website, with an A/C in every room and soundproof windows that muffle all outside noises - which is extremely welcoming considering how busy Calle Mayor is. Everything is in perfect condition, the shower, the beds, the fridge, the couch... Really amazing all the way.
Aspectos negativos: The price could be a bit lower seeing how the city is already quite expensive, but I guess the current market conditions are what they are.

I loved staying at this Apartment. It has been one of the best apartments I have stayed at in Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Location was perfect. Sofa and chairs were very comfortable. Washing machine worked flawlessly. The shower was clean with good water pressure and temperature consistency. Kitchen had everything my family needed. I appreciated and used the Nespresso machine every day. The view was great and balcony was used extensively every day. I could cast my phone to the TV easily. Roberto was a greatest and nicest guy! He was super accommodating!
Aspectos negativos: Twin beds maybe could have been a bit softer. The wifi was great when it was working, but it died a couple of times over 6 days. Roberto, was able to fix it quickly.

Séjour très agréable en plein centre de Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Emplacement parfait : en plein centre, à côté du métro, des commerces, tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement bien décoré et spacieux pour 4 personnes, bonne literie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Il y a des pops pour la lessive, la vaisselle, des produits d'entretien, du thé, de l'huile...
Aspectos negativos: Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Et c'est dommage que les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain surtout à 4 personnes.

Soggiornare al meglio nel cuore della città
Aspectos positivos: Roberto è simpatico e cordiale e fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'appartamento è molto bello, ristrutturato con gusto e sufficientemete ampio ed è in una posizione fantastica, nel pieno centro della città ma al contempo acusticamente isolato in maniera impeccabile. La pulizia dell'appartamento è davvero ottima, cosi come completissima la fornitura di stoviglie e accessori utili per il soggiorno. La doccia è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Non mancano inoltre una guida dettagliata sull'uso di tutti gli elettrodomestici e consigli vari sui posti da visitare o locali in città.

3 notti a Madrid in compagnia
Aspectos positivos: La posizione è perfetta per visitare Madrid Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito. Molto spazio negli armadi. Finiture semplici ma belle. Area di stazionamento dei taxi di fronte alla struttura.
Aspectos negativos: Metterei un asciugamano in più per ogni ospite, devo dire però che non ne abbiamo richiesti di aggiuntivi.

Aspectos positivos: We were greeted in person and shown our rooms as soon as we got off the taxi. There is a working elevator to help with carrying bags. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and had access to our host to answer any questions. We were provided with a free crib for our baby.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Comfortable and clean with a great central location for easy access to key spots in the city
Aspectos positivos: Perfectly situated in the city, clean and comfortable. Great amenities such as fridge, microwave, washing machine which we made use of. Elevator to the room if stairs are an issue. Also, the soundproofing is incredible. If you like the hubbub of the street you can open the door otherwise……quiet!
Aspectos negativos: Didn’t have a problem with it
