Wonderful stay in a great location!

Aspectos positivos: Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location which made getting around super convenient. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot water was consistent the entire time. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their instructions and communication were excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Aspectos positivos: Location is excellent. 10 minutes away from everything. Besides this, the terras is amazing.

Aspectos negativos: cleanliness, but when informing the host, an extra cleaning was done immediately. The price was quite high

Aspectos positivos: Such a lovely and cosy apartment and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils which was great for cooking. Amazing views from the balcony and felt very private.

Aspectos negativos: The only issue is that the central heating no longer works and as we were there in January it got quite cold. We had to therefore use the A/C to heat up the apartment which took a while.

Aspectos positivos: Location superb, literally right meet to Placa Major. Great space, really clean and comfy.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Perfect stay to see all Madrid has to offer at your doorstep.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location to see all the nail sites of Madrid. Right at the front door are restaurants and bars to sample all the fare of this amazing country. Easy to get taxi/Uber to the airport. And the apartment is comfortable and they gave lots of recommendations.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is comfortable. If i had to make a comment it would have been nice to have a personal touch. EG tea coffee on arrival.

Fantastico soggiorno a Madrid

Aspectos positivos: La struttura in posizione supercentrale, molto bella ed accogliente. Ambiente curato e pulito. A disposizione tutto l' occorrente di base:stoviglie, detersivo per i piatti, lavastoviglie, asciugamani, shampoo, balsamo, sapone , ecc.

Aspectos negativos: Abbiamo cercato di contattare l' host ma telefonicamente non ci sono riusciti.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional. Cerca de todo andando.

Aspectos negativos: Solo por decir algo, el foco de la terraza estaba fundido. Y uno de los controles del clima no servía. Pero es sin importancia

Perfect Apartment in Madrid steps from the Plaza Mayor.

Aspectos positivos: If I lived in Madrid, I would love an apartment like this! We were just a few feet from the Plaza Mayor, literally a stone's throw. The apartment was on the 5th floor. There was an elevator that only went to the 4th floor and then we had to walk up one flight of stairs. The indoor of the building was going through a remodeling project, and there were multiple units in the building. Not sure if they are all rentals. We had a nice sized bathroom and bedroom with plenty of closet space. We had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room area with seating and tv. The highlight was the outside balcony with views of the city (not the Plaza Mayor, but mostly of other buildings). We also had a washing machine. The hosts were great and we used a code to get into the building. It was roomy and clean.

Aspectos positivos: The terrace is the centerpiece of this property. It is larger than we thought based on the photos. The bathroom is surprisingly large for an old building as well. The building also has an elevator as far as the 3rd floor leaving only one floor to climb stairs to the apartment.

Aspectos negativos: The batteries in the air conditioning remote were nearly dead and we had problems turning the AC on and off.
