Amplio piso para 17 en pleno centro de Madrid

Excelente ubicación

Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, muy cerca del metro, restaurantes, tiendas. Es en un edificio antiguo pero tiene un baño remodelado, todo el suelo del apartamento y la cocina son modernos. El apartamento estaba limpio.

Aspectos negativos: Que no estaba preparado para la cantidad de personas que registramos. Hay que leer con cuidado porque las mantas no vienen con el apartamento hay que pedirlas con 24 h de anticipación a su llegada. En mi caso ir a recoger las llaves a unas 4 calles cuando llegas y llevas tres maletas fue muy incómodo, ya que es una zona peatonal.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación fue lo mejor. Súper estratégico, cerca de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y sitios emblemáticos. Además todo muy limpio

Aspectos negativos: Algunas camas se desplomaban al acostarse, faltaba ajuste y algunas habitaciones no tenían ventilador.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de la plaza del Sol y de dos estaciones de metro.

Minor Improvements Needed for Large Groups

Aspectos positivos: accommodate 15–17 people comfortably. Everything you need is included, and even if you have a small party, it doesn’t bother anyone else staying there. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. The only minor limitation is that early check-in isn’t allowed, which I understand, but if that could be adjusted, it would be perfect. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, and a very nice stay overall. It’s also in a great location with easy access to the sea and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Highly recommended for large groups!

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is great for groups, but there were a couple of minor issues. The tissue paper provided was not enough for a large group, and some cooking utensils were missing. These are easy improvements to make, and otherwise, everything else was fine.

A szállásadó nagyon szimpatikus, részletes útmutatást adott a szabályokról.

Aspectos positivos: A város központi helyén található a szállás, gyalog is minimum 20 perc alatt a főbb nevezetességek elérhetők. Bár a város központjában található, a szállás csendes, nem hallatszódott az éjszakai nyüzsgés. WIFI van, nem kellett érte külön fizetni. A szálláshelyen nincs recepció, ezért a csomagokat nem lehetett otthagyni, de ahol a kulcsot megkaptuk, ott megőrizték a poggyászt, igaz fizetni kellett érte.

Aspectos negativos: 12 fős csoportból egyedüli nőként a fürdőszoba beosztása pontos logisztikát igényelt. Egy zuhanyzó van, viszont két mosdó. Sajnos nincs olyan kategória, hogy problémás lehet, ezért ide írtam.
