Aspectos positivos: Todo en excelentes condiciones, el departamento en excelente ubicación equidistante de todos los lugares de interés, en una calle muy concurrida pero dentro de un pasaje que se cierra de noche y asegura tranquilidad para el descanso en pleno centro de Madrid. Súper recomendable!

Aspectos positivos: Small and cute apartment, perfect for a couple. Very clean. Located in the heart of the city. Doors to the property are in the commercial passage where gates are closing at 22:00 and the only access through the passage is for the people who live there which makes the stay feeling very safe and calm/quiet despite the busy shopping street nearby. Super easy access to other parts of the city with a metro 2 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. Good contact with the owner.

Perfect long weekend in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Host responsive and attentive. Location fantastic. Apartment spotless. Very quiet. Great facilities. Small but perfectly formed. Great coffee shop/pizza spot nearby. Everywhere walkable but a metro station very close by. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Aspectos negativos: My only comment would be for a slightly bigger/comfier sofa!

Aspectos positivos: We were in this apartment for 5 nights. We liked the location of the apartment as it was in the centre of Madrid with metro just like 100 meters away. Also, apartment was sweet and very clean, with everything that you may need. Since, the apartment is in the centre of the city you would except a lot of noice but we didn’t hear a thing and you can sleep as long as you want.

Aspectos positivos: Superb location in the center of Madrid, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and close to the metro and buses if you want to explore further. Modern and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and very quiet for a good night's sleep.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment was smaller than I expected from the photos; it was ok for me travelling on my own, but would have been tight for 2 people. And it was not well stocked. The kitchen had pots/pans/dishes but no cooking supplies, not even salt and pepper. There were only 2 small-ish rolls of TP for the 9 days of my stay, and when I asked if it would be possible to have another roll just in case, I was told I'd have to go buy it myself. There was only 1 laundry pod and 1 dishwasher pod for the 9 days. It was missing nice little touches - no \

Aspectos positivos: The location was incredible—right in the heart of Madrid, with most major attractions within a 20-minute walk. There were also countless shops and restaurants just steps away, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was on the smaller side, but as expected. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 night stay in a vibrant city.
