Aspectos positivos: Todo perfecto, la ubicación del apartamento es increíble, a un paso de todo, el apartamento está completamente reformado y para una pareja es más que suficiente, comodo y limpio, Miguel el propietario nos ha brindado un trato increíble, siempre atento y dándonos todas las facilidades posibles. Recomendable totalmente.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento perfecto para ir en pareja (o solo). Pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado cada rincon. Todo nuevo, diria que algunas cosas a estrenar aun (26/10/24). Cama super comoda, tv grande, cocina 100% equipada, baño nuevo. Muy limpio y en una ubicacion excelente, entre Sol y Gran Via, con 0 ruido del exterior. Recomendable 100%
Aspectos negativos: No hay nada que me disgustase. Es un apartamento nuevo y muy tranquilo!

Aspectos positivos: Fueron muy atentos con nosotros y contestaron muy rapido a todas nuestras peticiones. El apartamento muy limpio y con muchos detalles para maxima comodida. A un paso del centro y con las paradas de Sol y Gran Via a menos de 5m.

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect, and minutes walk from a lot of attractions at the city centre like the bear and the strawberry tree, the mayor plaza.
Aspectos negativos: The cock top was hard to use, and the bathroom was a bit small, and only for one person to use each time.

Haven of comfort and convenience in the heart of Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: Unit is located between Gran Via and Sol, the epicentre of Madrid! Most of the tourist spots are within walking distance and with 2 Metro stations nearby, and many bus stops, accessing the wider metropolis was easy. The unit itself was very clean, tastefully modern, well equipped, and the internal space was adequate. Best of all was Miguel, the host, who was extremely responsive, helpful and cheerful.
Aspectos negativos: Lack of windows, and a short flight of stairs to the first floor where the unit is located. Only really a problem with heavy luggage.

Aspectos positivos: A clean, comfortable and well-maintained apartment in a great, central location in Madrid. Our host was a superb communicator and quick to respond to any queries as well as being very helpful. We would be happy to recommend and stay here again in future. The taxi pick-up service offered was very helpful and our driver, Michael, was professional and gave good recommendations and information about the city.

Aspectos positivos: Girişten başlarsak ev sahibi girişi çok açık ve güzel şekilde anlattı hiç bir sorun yaşamadık, kalış süremiz boyunca hareketli bir caddeye yakın olsada kesinlikle gürültü problemi olmuyor ve konum olarak bulabileceklerinizin en iyilerinden biri, her yere aşırı yakın yürüyerek 5 dakika 10 dakika müzelere şehrin göbeğine çok rahat ulaşım sağladık. Evde bütün olanaklar mevcut, kahve makinesine ve buzdolabına kadar, ve marketlere çok yakın.
