Excelente estadía
Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación a metros de la puerta del sol y de la gran via Departamento impecable y muy limpio, todo funcionando correctamente Tiene lavarropa que resulta de gran utilidad
Aspectos negativos: El único inconveniente es que se trata de un 2do piso por escalera Por otro lado al hablar normalmente dentro del departamento en horas de poco ruido se escucha en los deptos vecinos, con lo cual hay que hablar bajito para no molestar

Maravilloso
Aspectos positivos: Está en un pasaje considerado, Patrimonio Cultural, por lo que lo mantienen muy bonito y limpio. Cerca de absolutamente todo los lugares de interés histórico, llegamos caminando a todas partes. Teníamos locales de comida, dos muy gratos de comida Venezolana, y otro Italiano, pequeñitos, muy bien atendidos. Metro Gran Vía a 20 m. Apartamento tipo estudio, muy bien equipado, con todo, mejor que muchos hoteles. Nos encantó, cero ruidos molestos, por que el pasaje se cierra después de las 10:00 pm
Aspectos negativos: Para nosotros no fue problema, pero no tiene ascensor, para una persona mayor, puede ser un problema o con otra dificultad para subir escaleras. Yyyy como está en una calle muy turística, de muchos locales comerciales, nos sorprendieron las trabajadoras de la profesión más antigua, después de las 10:00 pm, ppalmente viernes y sábado

2 Estancias perfectas y si hay suerte serán muchas más!
Aspectos positivos: La limpieza y comodidad del apartamento, la tranquilidad para el descanso nocturno y la situación del apartamento, además el trato del anfitrión procurando facilitarnos la entrada al llegar temprano nuestro tren.
Aspectos negativos: La única pega, por ponerle alguna, es la falta de ascensor, al venir varios días con maleta grande y ser mayores, se nos hace difícil subir y bajar con el equipaje, afortunadamente ésto solño ocurre al llegar e irse.

Had a great stay & will happily stay again when we next visit Madrid
Aspectos positivos: Was perfectly positioned for all the sights, metro etc. Supermarket across the road. Felt secure & although there are eateries on street level they close around 10pm so quiet at night.. great communication…easy to find. Suitable for 3 adults. We appreciated the starter pack.
Aspectos negativos: It is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs. not a problem for us but maybe for others

Comfortable apartment with central location
Aspectos positivos: Homelike Sol is the perfect apartment for couples or three people. We enjoyed the colors and the comfort of the apartment, which has everything you need for a short or longer visit to Madrid. It has a very central location, and if you are a person who likes to go everywhere on foot, like us, you won't use the metro or any other transport, except for a transfer to the airport. Gran Via is a few steps up the street, and Puerta del Sol is three minutes walk down the street. Dulce, the owner, is very easy to communicate with, and as we experienced an issue on day 1, they immediately came and helped us with it. Everything was set so quickly. I recommend this stay to everyone who wants to experience Madrid from its heart.
Aspectos negativos: Maybe an additional, bigger sleeping pillow as a support to the smaller sleeping pillow, as the bed doesn't have a headboard, will be a great addition, and the comfort will increase.

Aspectos positivos: Het sfeervolle appartement, de rust, de centrale ligging. Goed uitgeruste keuken, we hebben heerlijke dagen hier gehad!
Aspectos negativos: Alles was perfekt. Twee aandachtspunten: -Prima bed met goed beddengoed, maar niet geschikt voor lange mensen. -neem zelf extra handdoek(en) en keukendoeken mee. P.p. zijn er 2 handdoeken.(1 grote 1 kleine) en er is 1 keukendoek.
