Sol City center -2BD 2BTH - Modern apartment

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, y el apartamento está limpio y bien reformado.

It is very centrally located, you will not be short of things to do. A convenience store is next door. It will not suit

Aspectos positivos: Location, on the fourth floor so was away from the street noise. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and aircon.

Superb location, clean and spacious

Aspectos positivos: The location is superb, in a nice area with bars, stores and restaurants, at walking distance from all the central checkpoints in Madrid, Puerta del Sol (and Metro station) only minutes away. The apartment is spacious, and very clean, it has all the appliances you need (hairdryer, TV, washing machine...), the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and appliances, and you have two bathrooms (very handy for families). The host is very nice, she welcomed us and met a small special request we had, was available for all our questions and responded in short notice. It is on a 4th floor, but well worth climbing those stairs!

Aspectos negativos: The building is older, so the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors sometimes (and suppose they can hear you as well).

Aspectos positivos: Location, spacious apartment , staff was really nice and they kept informing us about everything.

Aspectos negativos: Heating was A/C so it was cold every time we came in the house. The building was really old. One of the bathrooms had a problem with pipes, water couldn't go down the shower and it was coming back in the shower, so the smell was quite bad.

Aspectos negativos: I had no issue but be aware there is no lift

Nice and cozy apartment

Aspectos positivos: Spacious apartments, clean and bright. 2 bathrooms, there is everything you need. Despite the very centre and noisy area the flat was quiet

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building

Nice location in the middle of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: În the middle of Madrid. No need for transportation pass. Very close to Prado, Royale Palace, Plaza Mayor. The personal was amazing. Very easy to chat with them via whasapp. Real pictures. The apartment is at 4 th floor, No elevator and no windows to the street. It has 3 windows to a small courtyard.. 3 AC units comes very handy.
