Aspectos negativos: Me gustó todo igual lo que echamos en falta unas repisas al lado de la nevera para colocar compra…

Aspectos positivos: Muy limpio, cómodo, ubicación perfecta, la mejor la habitación de arriba y una de las habitaciones de abajo con altura normal . Ventana grande con lisda vista desde uno de los baños

Aspectos negativos: Es un Ático y es comprensible que las habitaciones sean de techo muy, muy Bajo

Bellissima esperienza nel centro di Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Spazi ideali per un gruppo numeroso di amici che vuole visitare il centro di Madrid senza troppe pretese. Le camere sottotetto ai limiti dell'abitabilità, vanno bene solo per bambini o persone molto basse. Le porte andrebbero tutte sistemate, soprattutto quelle del bagno con finestra, ma al di là di questo ottima esperienza. Le dotazioni sono basiche ma c'è tutto quel che serve per un weekend. Buono anche il sistema di apertura delle porte via app, senza chiavi. Meno buona la serratura di casa che si richiede automaticamente dopo pochi secondi, attenzione alle aperture accidentali quando la casa è vuota! Vista sui tetti di Madrid dalla camera più in alto eccezionale, quartiere centralissimo ma nell'appartamento, al sento piano,non si sentono rumori.

Aspectos negativos: Le porte interne che non si chiudono bene o non si chiudono del tutto, gli spifferi nelle camere da letto (infissi inadeguati), i soffitti troppo bassi nelle due camere centrali, il meccanismo di chiusura automatica della porta d'ingresso.

Aspectos positivos: We had a very pleasant stay at the Plaza Mayor Attic apartment. The location is absolutely excellent, right in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of major landmarks, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment makes smart use of the available space. Despite being an attic, it is well designed, functional, and thoughtfully arranged, allowing for a comfortable stay for a group. The common areas are practical and welcoming, making it easy to spend time together. Customer service was very efficient and friendly. Communication was smooth, and any questions or needs we had were handled promptly and professionally.

Aspectos negativos: As an attic apartment, the bedrooms have extremely low ceilings, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests or older people. Overall, it is a great option in an unbeatable location, and I would strongly recommend it to young groups looking to enjoy Madrid to the fullest
