Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente asi como las amenidades y servicios del departamento

Aspectos negativos: Que la calle en la que se encuentra está en constucción fué dificil accesar en carro a la zona

Apart from the situation with the customer services, everything related to the apartment was perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was great! The apartment was amazing and in a great location very close to Plaza Mayor. Also, the way how the apartment was organized fitted very well to our needs, and the purpose we were there. So, everyone of us enjoyed their stay in.

Aspectos negativos: The property was great. What we were lacking was shower kits. We arrived very late the first night and we were expecting to find shampoos and take a shower. There were only 2 small kit. Eventhough we requested additional kit, we never received it.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and great location. Comfortable beds. Calm place.

Aspectos negativos: We only had one bed sheet in the double bed which is fine for a couple but it would have been good to have an extra bed sheet when traveling with friends. There was no kitchen towel which could have been useful - we had tea every morning and evening. Therefore we have cleaned the cups by hand - since using the dishwasher would not have been made sense. We asked for those extra things but this would have cost 15€ extra.

Very confortable apartment for a family

Aspectos positivos: It is a very nice apartment that accommodates a family (4 people). It is very well located and walking distance (5 to 15 min) to the main points and to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is exactly to the photos.

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment. Very good location, very good contact with the service. As for the strict city center, very quiet and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for us, a family of four for a week's stay. Thank you very much, we will definitely use it again.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muito confortável, estávamos em 4 pessoas e atendeu perfeitamente nossa expectativa. Muito bem localizado, fácil acesso a todas principais atrações de Madrid. Recomendo.

Aspectos negativos: Tivemos alguma dificuldade para entender a forma de acesso ao telefone do anfitrião, mas no final deu certo.

Aspectos negativos: Ringe senge, metroen kan høres fra 4,30 om morgenen til klokken 12.00 om natten. Det var lidt forvirende, at jeg ikke har fået nummeret på adressen, det står desværre heller ikke på Booking.com.
