Excelente ubicación
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, es excelente. El personal atento. Apartamento con facilidades para poder preparar alimentos.
Aspectos negativos: Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero para personas con mobilidad reducida, familias con niños o viajeros con mucho equipaje, el hecho de estar en un piso en el que no hay ascensor puede ocasionar dificultades. El sitio no tiene ningún aislante de sonido, por lo que en las noches se complica el descanso, se escuchaban niños, discusiones de otros huéspedes, las tuberías de otras habitaciones, pasos, etc.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, frente al famoso monumento de la osa y el madroño. Muy cómodo, limpio, buenas facilidades, todo muy bien.
Aspectos negativos: Si llevas maleta grande un poco incómodo porque en la entrada el ascensor está a oartir como del segundo piso, pero es un detalle menor.

We would definitely come again!
Aspectos positivos: Amazing property with everything that you need. It is new, clean and spacious. The location is the best thing about this apartment, and even thought it is in the Sol square there is no noise.
Aspectos negativos: We came with the baby and the stroller and it is a little hard going up and down since the elevator is going from 1st floor. It is not that bad but just keep in ming if you are traveling with the baby or big luggage. Couch and sofa in the living room are not that comfortable.

In the heart of the action
Aspectos positivos: The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Madrid in the historical Puerto del Sol plaza. Beautiful architecture all around, wonderful pastry shops for breakfast and either a walk or short metro ride to attractions. The appartment is cosy, immaculately clean, and has everything you need for a visit to this incredible city. Buzzing outside, but serene and quiet inside. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom spacious and modern. The locals are very friendly and helpful if you need anything, one lovely fellow who worked in a nearby Cafe recognised us, and did the directions in Spanish to get a taxi to the airport.Just ask for help if you need it.
Aspectos negativos: The electronic key is a bit of a challenge to older folk but the key is (excuse the pun) to press on the lower button, there are two, on the app link provided and the doors will open. If you have issues, the hosts are very helpful. The appartment is on the third floor, there is a small lift, but flights of stairs to reach the lift so tricky if you have mobility issues.

Bel appartement approximite immédiate des lieux touristiques
Aspectos positivos: L appartement est très bien équipé, propre ,claire Calme Au centre de Madrid nous avons pu tout faire à pied mais il est possible de prendre le métro qui est juste à la porte
