Aspectos positivos: Perfectamente conectado con todo Madrid … justo encima de la puerta del sol… a unos pasos la boca de metro de Sol… en fin un 10 de 10

Aspectos positivos: La estancia ha superado todas las expectativas, el apartamento es amplio con vistas a la plaza de puerta del sol, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estancia incluyendo cafés para los días que estuvimos y agua entre otras cosas, destacar que el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio, se está muy bien y no hace nada de ruido, las puertas del balcón eran insonorizadas y silenciaba todo el barullo de la gente que pasea continuamente por la plaza y hace que se vea que de verdad Madrid nunca duerme, fue maravilloso sin duda,destacar la atención espectacular del personal de BnBHolder apartamentos puerta del sol , en especial de la Srta. Emi a la hora de gestionar cualquier duda y facilitarnos la ampliación de noche extra al encontrarnos tan a gusto con la estancia programada. Repetiremos sin duda.

Aspectos negativos: There were stairs at the entrance to get to the lift. Might be lil bit difficult if you have number of big luggages with you. For me personally manageable.

Perfect Stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Bed very very comfy. Spotless clean. Walking distance to main attractions. Lots of restaurants snd bars nearby.

Aspectos positivos: The property was overlooking puerta del Sol. The facilities were very good. The attention from the staff when needed was immediate.

Aspectos negativos: There is noise from the street but this is only to be expected in puerta del sol.

Comfortable apartment in a lively part of Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent, just off the main plaza del Sol in the very centre of the city. It was close to an area with many great reasonably priced restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was spacious for two people and the 4th floor balcony gave a very good view across the very busy square. Everything you needed for a short stay was available including an electric kettle, which is often missing from European holiday lets. The place was clean and the WiFi worked well.

Aspectos negativos: The only bad point I would mention is the air con was a little too loud at night if you need to use it, which we did since the temp in Madrid got to 40C when we were there. Also while the central location was perfect for sightseeing it was very busy at nighttime and there was quite a lot of noise from the main square well into the early morning. This didn’t bother us too much and with the balcony window shut the noise was a lot less loud but it might still bother some lighter sleepers.

Perfect location for a touristic stay

Aspectos positivos: It is located at the very heart of Madrid. Walking distance to most places, if not, you go out of the property and immediately fall into metro. What else do you need! Apartment is equiped with everything needed.

Aspectos negativos: The “boarding pass” thing needs to be more elaborative. Some words used are not referring to its meaning but after some struggle, we managed to compromised. Room odor device is not good. Spraying very often, all the room fills with artificial and unhealthy air. It even woke us up from our sleep because of its sound.
