Aspectos positivos: El apartamento era bastante amplio, cómodo y limpio,
Aspectos negativos: Las escaleras al llegar, se tiene que subir escaleras y bastante larga para llegar al ascensor, es necesario mejorar eso sí o si ya que la gente que va con maletas le resultará incómodo tener que subir con mucho peso, por lo demás todo bien

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo para dos (si se alojara alguien más tendría que pasar por el dormitorio para ir al baño), y está bien equipado.
Aspectos negativos: Si bien tiene ascensor, para ir al tercer piso tenés que hacer uno y medio por escalera.

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, espacioso y bonito. Elegante y correcto.
Aspectos negativos: Fuimos 4 noches, 5 dias, no vinieron a limpiar ni cambiar las toallas ni un dia en medio. No habia servicio de guardamaletas para el dia entrante o saliente.

Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment is simply perfect!!! The size is very comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom too!!
Aspectos negativos: The fact that for one flight of steps there is no lift!

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location
Aspectos positivos: Amazing location, really spacious apartment with everything you need. Check in was smooth and cannot fault the accommodation. Would definitely stay again when we return to the wonderful city of Madrid!

Aspectos positivos: Spacious, walking distance to Sol train station, access to a fabulous Supermercado across the plaza for easy meals
Aspectos negativos: Very noisy all night long so balcony doors cannot be left open to enjoy the breeze. However very good double glazing blocked out the noise once doors closed. Lift does not start at ground floor and you need to walk about 20 steps with luggage, wasn’t a problem for us but would be for some.

Nice spot in town, comfortable and relaxing
Aspectos positivos: Perfect spot for visiting the city, safe area, nice view. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect if you want to eat at home. No noise at night, athe Wi-Fi and the AC work well.
Aspectos negativos: Only one note, but an important one for us: the apartment’s entry system works through a combination of different passwords provided at the time of online self check-in — one for the front door and a different one for the apartment itself. To enter, you either unlock the door using your phone or by typing in the passwords manually. If, for any reason, your phone runs out of battery (which is likely to happen when you’re out sightseeing all day) and you don’t remember the passwords, you won’t be able to get in. A physical key or a card would make life much easier for guests.

Great apartment in the middle of Madrid!
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location in the middle of Madrid!, Walkable distance to everything!! The apartment had all you needed including nice bed! Easy and quick response with Emi. We had the possibiliy to checkin earlier on our arrival which was great and appreciated! Emi gave also great suggestions on restaurants and roof top bars in different areas of Madrid We really liked it and would love to come back!

Great location and great apartment
Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location, so easy to get to straight from the airport onto the metro and you’re right outside the door! In a great iconic part of town, we walked everywhere from the doorstep. Great food, bars, coffee and all the history is so nearby. The apartment was very clean with modern comfortable furniture it and had everything we needed. The remote check in worked very well.
Aspectos negativos: Small tiny detail, the shower takes an age for the hot water to flow, it felt very wasteful.
