BONITO APARTAMENTO EN PLENO CENTRO

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento coqueto a un paso de los lugares más visitados de Madrid. El edificio en el que está es realmente bonito y el apartamento tiene mobiliario nuevo y está muy limpio. La cama es muy cómoda. En la cocina todo el menaje era completamente nuevo. La calefacción funcionaba bien. Wifi y TV grande. Contestaron de forma rápida a todas mis dudas. Lo recomiendo!

Aspectos negativos: Hay que dejar a las 11 el apartamento. El sistema de entrada hasta que te habitúas es algo nuevo, con códigos y sin llaves. La habitación está en la parte de arriba y es incómodo bajar hasta el baño de noche pero es lógico tener que hacerlo así.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional y tienes supermercados al lado. Tienen un teléfono de atención 24h. El apartamento está muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario. Hemos estado muy a gusto y volveríamos.

Aspectos negativos: La única pega que le pondría es la dificultad a la hora de meterte y salir de la cama... pero nada insalvable.

Aspectos positivos: Viajamos con mi pareja por primera vez, la ubicación fue excelente, el depto super grande y lindo, bien equipado, pudimos lavar la ropa sin problema -estaría bueno que te proporcionen un poco de jabón para lavar porque solo venden paquetes grandes y al final terminas usando muy poco dejándolo entero- . Lo único es que a la mañana entraba mucha luz en la habitación pero nada que un antifaz no pueda solucionarlo. Increíble, lo recomendaría sin dudas

En líneas generales la estancia ha sido muy buena. Muy recomendable

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación super céntrica y a la vez muy tranquila para dormir. Y todo muy limpio.

Aspectos negativos: El dormitorio estaba situado en la parte alta abuhardillada y para acceder a la cama, que está casi a nivel del suelo, hay que saltar una viga. En las imágenes todo esto no se aprecia. Respecto al menaje faltan cucharas y alguna cazuela más, pero estaba todo muy bien. Hemos echado en falta la pila del reloj, y sustituir la jabonera colgante de la ducha, ya que está rota.

Aspectos positivos: Nice place to stay, everything close, restaurants, shops, town , gran via plaza mayor. The location is very good.

Aspectos negativos: Only one thing when you are a tall person like me you have to be careful when you go upstairs. I can't remember how many times I have banded my head of the platform, and when you go to the bed of them bars. That's it.

Nice little apartment

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was located perfectly in the city centre close to anything of importance in Madrid. Its a small and cozy apartment with good heating, TV and privacy with the bedroom being upstairs.

Aspectos negativos: Locating the apartment is a bit of a challenge since its not marked visibly anywhere so we had to walk around the streets which is not very convenient when travelling with a 2 year old. It would also be nice when someone is there arriving late at night especially for a short stay to have a complimentary tea or coffee pods and some sugar and salt, basic stuff for any kitchen. I dont use this brand of coffee machines so I bought the incorrect pods twice.

Aspectos positivos: The location is good, we walked almost everywhere! The size of the apartment, the kitchen appliances, it has a washer and dryer. You have a Carrefour Express on the corner for any emergencies. It has an elevator as well.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing in the advertisement about security deposit of 200 euro I had to pay. The heating system didn't work when we arrived and we wasted precious hours of our vacation time trying to fix the problem. The bedroom upstairs was uncomfortable to get in and out, especially for an older couple. Access to the apartment is via an app, which was not particularly user friendly. The cell phone signal outside the house is very weak, so getting inside can sometimes be a real adventure.

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom drain was clogged and it caused water going in slowly, which was not pleasant. The apartment is very small and there is really no place to keep your suitcases. The bedroom is not very comfortable, mind your head. The most annoying thing was the door system, you had to use app to open the main and apt entrance. it had bugs and sometimes we had to stand at the entrance for minutes to make it work. Also make sure you have internet, else, you won’t be able to open the door. The rest was fine

Comfortable well equipped apartment but we found the access arrangements difficult

Aspectos positivos: Well located, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good communication with proprietors

Aspectos negativos: The app process to access the property was a problem for us. Our Mobile reception was poor by the property and we couldn’t load the app reliably to open the front door - rather stressful if going out in the evening! When we contacted the company they were very helpful but facing this issue when arriving was not a good experience The comfortable bed is in the eaves tucked between beams which was fine for us but worth being aware of.
