Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid,tanto que el domingo teníamos el rastro en la puerta del apartamento.las habitaciones son grandes con camas comodísimas y todas tienen su baño. Todo un lujo de apartamento
Aspectos negativos: Falta alguna pastilla de lavavajillas más y disponer del teléfono del parking de enfrente del apartamento para poder ponerte en contacto con ellos y no con una centralita que no conoce la zona

Aspectos positivos: Location was amazing - really central to lots of good spots in Madrid. Modern facilities and lots of bathrooms which was great for a big group.
Aspectos negativos: One of the bedrooms had a window out to a lift was which was a bit disruptive at night.

I would definitely recommend this flat because the positives certainly outweigh the negatives
Aspectos positivos: Good location, nice street, easy walking distance from the centre, everything within easy reach (including bars, cafes and supermarkets) The flat was nicely decorated, clean, the rooms were good, there was plenty of space (though we were 4 and the flat fits 8!). It is very easy to access as it is on the ground floor. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for our stay.
Aspectos negativos: It would have been a bit easier if we had been given the full address, the number for the lock box to open the outer door and the code to open the inner door all at the same time to avoid having to ask each question one by one. The bedroom windows open out on the back of the building where there is quite a lot of noise throughout the night. We opted to use the air conditioning instead but it was quite hard to get the temperature right. The sitting area isn’t particularly well furnished (only 2 to 3 people can sit comfortably at any one time on the one sofa) and I would have liked better pillows on the beds! We pinched extras off the beds we weren’t using but they were still all too small to make it comfy.

Great big apartment in a fantastic location.
Aspectos positivos: Great location and fantastic apartment. The setup would particularly suit two families (as there are 2 doubles and two twin rooms), but would also be great for a group of friends. Really well appointed.
Aspectos negativos: We had a major problem with the locks but the owners came as quickly as they could and had the locks replaced. Very impressed by their promptness dealing with the issue over the weekend.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was perfect—very clean, beautifully decorated, and each room had its own bathroom and shower. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was very central, and the owner was eager to assist us with anything we required. I highly recommend it!

Aspectos positivos: Excellent. Every room had its own shower room / toilet. The kitchen and living space was huge. 9 of us all loved it and had zero issues

Amazing apartment in central Madrid.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment was spotless, very spacious and boasted the latest equipment throughout. Each of the bedrooms was ensuite and they all had individual heating and cooling. There was an extra toilet by the living area too. All was furnished with very comfortable beds and crisp and very smart linen. Was very centrally located and Plaza Major and Gran Via , for example, just some 10 and 20 mins walk away respectively.. The apartment looks out onto the world famous rastro which takes place every Sunday. This is well worth a visit where you'll find lots of interesting arty stalls as well as clothes etc. The apartment is very well insulted from any outside noise.Our hosts were exceptional. They responded immediately to my messages and because it was possible they arranged for an early check-in and late check-out which fitted perfectly with our travel plans. I highly recommend this apartment to all travellers to Madrid who need a very comfortable, spacious and pleasant place to stay.

The apartment was perfect for our 2 families and 9 people. We loved the en suite bedrooms and the king beds in the 2 bed
Aspectos positivos: The property was very clean and very modern. It housed 9 of us very well in the heart of Madrid with plenty to do right out our door.
Aspectos negativos: It was a street level apartment, which made us want to keep shades pulled. But not a big deal, as it felt like an oasis right in Madrid

We truly enjoyed our vacation in Madrid. This beautiful apartment was one of the reasons why.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment was modern and clean. It had everything that we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to the Metro and many restaurants and shops!!. The grocery market was 2 minutes away. We felt safe at night and enjoyed walking around this vibrant part of the city. The Host was very responsive to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.
Aspectos negativos: Eight of us stayed in the apartment. There was not a single complaint. Everyone loved it.
