Aspectos positivos: My friend and I stayed at the apartment for one whole month and we had a really good time in Madrid. The apartment has everything you need: two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice living room. It is quiet but really well located in the city center, the Rastro quarter. Two metro stations are just a few minutes walk away. Also the rest of the city center can be reached by foot. Even during hot days the apartment stayed cool which was nice. Alberto was really kind and helpful and answered questions that we had very fast.

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom is small but still good. When we arrived the floor in the kitchen was slightly wet and the air a little moist but after opening the windows it was fine. One of the bedrooms is a little dark during the day due to the location of only a small window. The apartment has no washing machine but there are a few great laundry services around the corner.
