Aspectos positivos: Ubicación muy buena, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Y el contacto con los responsables del apartamento un 10. Nos resolvieron todas las dudas en poco tiempo., de manera excepcional

Aspectos negativos: Echamos de menos un microondas y un exprimidor en el menaje de la cocina. El desagüe de las duchas era lento pero entendemos que es una cuestión del edificio. Pero que no fueron cosas que nos impidieran

Sin duda volvería a utilizarlo

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento es tal cual de ve en las fotos, fue cómodo para un grupo de 7 personas

Aspectos negativos: Todo estuvo bien

Aspectos positivos: El piso es precioso no faltaba un detalle muy cómodo y muy amplio y en un sitio estupendo volveremos

Aspectos positivos: Está caminando unos 20 min de plaza del sol, una vez allí tu puede usar metro y movilizarte. Todas las habitaciones, baño y cocina estivieron bien

GREAT LOCATION

Aspectos positivos: THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. A 5 MIN WALK FROM LA LATINA METRO STATION WITH GREAT ACCESS TO OTHER PARTS OF MADRID. THE APARTMENT IS A 25MIN WALK FROM GRAN VIA AND RETIRO PARK WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. VERY CLEAN WITH 3 BEDROOM AND TWO SHWER ROOMS. THE FACILITIES WERE GREAT. WIFII, WASHING MACHINE, DISH WASHER AND FRIDGE ALL WORKED WELL.

Aspectos negativos: THE KITCHEN TAP WAS LOOSE AND I NOTE THAT A PREVIOUS GUEST HAD COMMENTED ON THIS BUT NOTHIN HAS BEEN DONE. THE BEDS WERE NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE. THE SECOND SHOWER WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE ONCE SOMEONE WAS HAVING A SHOWER IN THE OTHER SHOWER ROOM OR WHEN THE WASHING MACHINE WAS RUNNING.

Apartment has everything you need & more.

Aspectos positivos: The layout of the apartment, it had everything you could possibly need. The ease of access to the apartment to check in , 3 seperate bedroom's with air con, and having the luxury of two shower's! Loads of towels, toiletries provided. Location is really close to Plaza Mayor etc.

Aspectos negativos: The noise from the outside street and other apartments especially the bedroom closest to the street. The Saturday night there was an entire street party until 5/6am, (which you can live with one night, it's Saturday night), but every other night there is people shouting on the street, on the other balcony's opposite & people hanging around and kicking bins etc all the way through the early hours. It's that loud (echo between buildings etc) you wake up every time in that bedroom. The other two bedrooms were a lot quieter but we needed to use all three. So I wouldn't be put off if not using all three bedrooms.

Great location and in general good facilities.

Aspectos positivos: 1. The location is perfect - walking distance to city center and ~240m to a metro station. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 2. Facilities for living were very sufficient. 3. Internet was perfect. 4. The apartment layout made it very airy, which is vital for summer days, although air conditioners were also very efficient.

Aspectos negativos: The soundproofing was not ideal, luckily it is not beside a main street. The floor needs some maintainance, due to one piece warped.

Aspectos positivos: Viihtyisä, hyvä vuode ja täydellinen sijainti. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen pidempäänkin oleskeluun. Apua majoittajalta sai niin taksipalveluissa kuin avaimen kadottua. Ja apu tuli nopeasti!
