Buen sitio, buen apartamento
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy cómodo, en un sitio espectacular al lado de la Plaza Mayor, con todas las comodidades . La cama cómoda Utensilios de cocina muy bien Muy muy amplio
Aspectos negativos: El agua caliente de la ducha es insuficiente, a mitad de ducha ya empezaba a salir tibia y fría. Si llegamos a ser dos, imposible ducharse el segundo, Ali miso teniendo una tina tan maravillosa y quererla probar, tampoco fue útil por el agua caliente También el poder tener mas juegos de toallas a disposición. La luz encima del espejo del baño, estaba fundida, y apara afeitarse estaba muy incómodo

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento bastante amplio, limpio y ubicación excelente. Todos los servicios están bastante bien. A pesar de estar céntrico, está bien aislado del ruido. Tuvimos un pequeño problema al abrir la puerta del edificio pero llamando al teléfono indicado lo solucionaron super rápido. En general, repetiríamos sin pensarlo.
Aspectos negativos: Todo bien.

Spacious, well located, central and safe.
Aspectos positivos: Great location near La Latina. The period features with tall windows and the modern, creative layout
Aspectos negativos: Very little to not like, but provision of utensils and cutlery, quantity and quality can be improved. The wet room level adjacent to the WC needs minor correction for effective discharge.

Great location and spacious room.
Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent with great access to restaurants and tourist attractions.
Aspectos negativos: The first access required making a toll free phone call which initially didn’t work. After this access was with a key from a lock box. The appartment was on the second level so luggage had to be carried up.

Aspectos positivos: The location is the absolute best, it's really close to the center and there are many shops around if you want to grab some food or anything else you need. The apartment is clean and easy to acess.
Aspectos negativos: The shower is little bit inconvenient beacuse it's not sepparated by shower doors so the floor gets wet and you have to dry it with towels, but it's not that big of a deal.

Séjour au centre hist
Aspectos positivos: L’appartement est très bien situé, juste à coté de la plaza Mayor, à mis chemin entre le palais royal et le Musée du Prado. On peut visiter à pied. La rue est calme tout en étant proche du centre très fréquenté (Plazza de la Puerta Del Sol). Deux magasins alimentaires très proches (Dia et Carrefour Market) pour faire des courses alimentaires.
Aspectos negativos: Il faut prévoir une raclette pour évacuer l’eau au sol après la douche

Il prezzo è buono rispetto alla posizione. Nel complesso siamo stati bene (a parte la doccia)
Aspectos positivos: Posizione eccezionale. Ha il bidet ! Adatto soprattutto per piccoli nuclei familiari.
Aspectos negativos: Mettere piatto doccia. Si allaga il bagno quando si fa la doccia. Aggiungere un tavolino porta oggetti in camera da letto. Far trovare almeno una bottiglia d' acqua per gli ospiti. Infissi esterni da registrare. In generale, un po' trascurato

Great apartment in the heart of Madrid!
Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a great location, large, and sparkling clean. With wonderful balcony all along the apartment wall, there was ample natural light. The neighborhood was active but not too loud at night, yet you are only a block or two away from the most action in Madrid.
Aspectos negativos: Minor issues only included just: 1)The instructions to access the apartment were incomplete and I needed to phone the managers in order to gain access. 2)There was no coffee for the coffee maker and there were no or other basic condiments like cooking oils or spices.
