Aspectos positivos: Apto grande y cómodo, bien dotado y con vistas a las calles.

Aspectos negativos: Solo recomendar un ajuste a la puerta principal del Apto, se atasca a la hora de cerrar y hay que darle con un poco de fuerza para que cierre bien.

Aspectos negativos: perfecto para 2 personas una estancia de menos de 1 semana. para mas tiempo el espacio es justito.

Aspectos positivos: la ubicación , es súper coqueto , salón amplio y todo en general genial .

Aspectos negativos: quizás la cama el colchón es muy duro y las almohadas también tenían su incomodes .

Aspectos positivos: Everything was as in pictures. Very cosy apartment in a perfect location. Only one note I could add is that it would’ve been nice to have a couple of complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine available upon arrival. Just be a nice extra from the host!

Great apartment, perfectly located and sound proof.

Aspectos positivos: Modern, spacious beautiful apartment with new features and perfectly sound proof. The area is lively with great restaurants and is great located in the gay area of Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: The bed is too hard for us, and the pillows too soft, but it is personal taste. The owner must just note that glasses and cups was mixed. Again a minor issue for a wonderful apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment, very stylish & spottlessly clean. Location was excellent!

Rocky to begin with but we had an incredible stay after the keys were handed over.

Aspectos positivos: The house was very clean, tidy and warm. The lady who we were messaging was also very accommodating and replied fast when we had questions. We also liked that the location was in the centre of town with food/bars and a supermarket that closed very late just down all around.

Aspectos negativos: The key handover when we arrived was a little bit of a nightmare. We had just spent 29 hours travelling so we arrived very tired and on top of that my Spanish was a little rusty given it was our first day and it had been a while since I'd lived in a Spanish-speaking country, we called the contact number to get the keys but I couldn't quite understand what he was asking of us, he was quite pushy seemed quite mad that we didn't have the number he was looking for. At one point he hung up on us while I was trying to figure it out on the phone and then didn't pick back up for another 10 minutes. Given we were in the heart of Madrid with all our luggage this was a bit of a nightmare. We spent around 20-30 minutes trying to figure out what he was asking of us but we found it incredibly rude and had the house and other lady not been so great I don't know if It would have been nearly as good of an experience.

Aspectos positivos: Really cool apartment and location! It is clean, modern, and has everything you need. The mattress is great, and the view is lovely with natural light. You can even get some sun in the morning. Also, it is pretty quiet despite being in the heart of Chueca (the windows are perfect quality). Loved it!

Aspectos negativos: I liked everything! Just as a suggestion: 1) I missed having a duvet, the place is not cold at all, but is nice to have a blanket or something cozy. 2) To get the keys, I didn't have to go far from the apartment and the staff guided me over the phone to find the location and explained how to open the door. But it is way more convenient to have the keys in the same building. After travelling for 4 hours, the last thing you want to do is walk to another location ;)

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I didn’t like that the elevator starts from the first floor and I had big luggage to carry
