Aspectos positivos: Great location in the city center, great equipment for cooking, washing, drying, etc. lots of TVs including Disney plus etc... Metro and renfe stations close by. Lots of nice restaurants and place for shoping and going out
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately we did not get the mail with the key information on time (it seems like it was send to the wrong person), so we were searching for the apartment the my whole family (including small children and suitacses) front in the street. The apartment was opened remotely, and we could not reach the apartment persons for quite some time, also not my phone. This was really inconvenient! I advice you to ask for the apartment details (Street number) some days before to spare you from this frightening experience. After we got the information and reached the responsible person, all was good!

Aspectos negativos: 1 delle 3 camere è sprovvista di mobile per appendere gli indumenti, di comodino o piano di appoggio. È presente un divanetto ai piedi del letto che impedisce però il passaggio, anche per chi dalla terza camera deve raggiungere la zona giorno (camera di passaggio)

The apartment was excellent for its condition, accommodations, location and price.
Aspectos positivos: The location was a short walking distance from Metro train lines, directly accessible to an abundance of activity within the city's center. The apartment was excellent, easily accommodating us as a couple, along with two accompanying travelers. Wifi connectivity was a plus. The utilities, especially the kitchen, were modern and in excellent working order. We found the beds to be most comfortable, and, it was a luxury to have three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. We felt very safe; the exterior door locks were of superior quality. I would definitely stay at this location again!
Aspectos negativos: Upon arrival, we were not able to access the apartment remotely (the Wifi router had been inadvertly disconnected, possibly by the cleaning crew). However, we were met at the apartment by a representative and given access. Please consider repositioning the Wifi router, or locating a satellite device to expand coverage throughout the apartment. One of the closet shelves was not useable because screws were missing to hold it in place (we did not need it).
