Aspectos positivos: Todo. El apartamento era perfecto para unos días en Madrid y todo estaba muy limpio. La ubicación es ideal. Fácil contacto con el anfitrión y muy cómoda la entrada al apartamento todo digitalizado.

Aspectos positivos: Perfecto! La cama y las almohadas son comodísimas. Está muy bien insonorizado, no se oye nada de la calle. Ubicación inmejorable y Chema ha sido fantástico con su atención. No dudaré en volver a alojarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: La facilidad para entrar con la web en el móvil, la colcha y almohadas eran muy cómodas, la nevera y armarios estaban tan bien integrados que hasta el segundo día no los encontramos jajaja, pero en general un buen sitio para ir solo a descansar y disfrutar de Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: La ventana da directamente a una calle con mucha fiesta y nos tocaron más de una vez e intentaban poner cosas por debajo de la ventana. No fue muy agradable. Pero está insonorizado 😊

Awesome location, super nice facilities, easy to get into and rest, would definitely stay again.

Aspectos positivos: Australian here. Location was perfect, very central and less than 5mins walk from multiple Metro Stations. Super easy to get to from the airport using public transport and you can just walk over. The place is super spacious, definitely enough room for two people. The bed is a sofa / bed that pulls down. More than enough space for two people, I think it's a queen and it's comfortable. There is sufficient storage as well. The bathroom is very large and there is a whole kitchen area with a stove. Super easy to get in, the host gave me electronic keys and you just use the links every time. Very very convenient. I even arrived earlier than check in time and they were awesome in letting me in early. They also have aircon Super close to a supermarket as well just down the road.

Aspectos negativos: It's right on facing the street so it could be noisy however I wasn't there at night so I can't say. You should prob bring your own soap as the soap they provided was in little bottles and runs out quickly.

Aspectos positivos: Very centrally located, clean, digital locks (you open them with your mobile phone), flawless check-in

Aspectos negativos: It‘s a bit small, given that there‘s only a sofa bed. It feels a bit like a cave because you will live the curtains closed - the apartment is on ground floor in a busy Chueca street. If you open the window, people walking by could literally reach into the apartment. :-) Last night (TUE) was quite busy with crowds of men cheering loud and yelling between 3am and 4am

A very nice efficiency apartment between Gran Via and Chueca, a perfect location.

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect once you locate the street. Everything is nearby--shops, bars, restaurants, Chueca. Once we got the hang of using our cell phones to enter the three doors, it was easy to get in and out. I was surprised how quiet it was, even so close to the street. You could see people walking past, very close, yet no noise. And they couldn't see in. At first I thought it was a little small, but the apartment had everything and it was comfortable. Anyway, bigger than a hotel room. The owners provide a video explanation of which doors to access to get into the apartment, but you have to watch the video to find your way. otherwise you are lost.

Aspectos negativos: The wifi signal was a little weak from the street. So getting in through the exterior door took a few tries. For someone with internet on their cell phone this wouldn't be a problem but people from the U.S. ordinarily only have reception in WIFI locations.

Aspectos positivos: Konumu her yere yakın, yürüyerek her yere ulaşabilirsiniz. Isınma, sıcak su ile ilgili hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Wifii iyi, hızlı. Tv smart Tv özelliklerine sahip. Giriş-çıkış uygulama ile rahattı.

Aspectos negativos: Giriş katta olması pencere açma konusunda biraz endişe yaratabiliyor. 2 adet tuvalet kağıdı rulosu ve sıvı sabunlar maalesef 4 gece için yeterli değildi. Marketten almak zorunda kaldık. Banyo sonrası her yer çok ıslandı, bir adet ayak havlusu vardı. Havlular yetersizdi.
