Stylish renovated apt - 2BD2BTH -Chamberí

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es grande, cómodo, refaccionando con muy buen gusto. No le falta absolutamente nada. En las habitaciones, camas y almohadas muy buenas. Un lujo realmente. Y la zona de Chamberi es excelente, muy bien conectada con el centro, lindo para pasear , muchas cafeterías lindas. El check-in y check-out fácil y la gente de MintyStay responde enseguida y son muy atentos. Súper recomendado.!!

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación estaba muy bien y había casi do todo lo que necesitábamos en el apartamento. El climatizador funcionaba muy bien y mejoraba mucho el ambiente. El baño de abajo era amplio y las camas cómodas.

Aspectos negativos: Cuando entramos el aire estaba cargado y al abrir las ventanas la cosa no se arreglaba ya que dan a un patio interior y entraban otros aromas. En la cocina echamos de menos una sartén. Y cuando nos duchabamos en la parte de abajo casi siempre aparecía algún insecto. En la ducha de arriba yo no podía entrar y mi mujer tampoco. Había problemas de humedad sobretodo donde esta el armario donde está la lavadora. La altura de la habitación de arriba es un poco baja.

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent. Metro station Iglesia is ~100 metres away, but Metros lines 2 and 10 can also be reached on foot. There is a square called Plaza Olevide nearby with excellent dining options (e.g. Tapas places Tuteo and Bareta). An excellent bakery 1 corner away (Alma Nomad bakery). The place had everything necessary for a family (2 bedrooms, refrigerator, freezer, dining and sitting area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipment, etc.).

Aspectos negativos: It is true that the bedroom in the basement had a bit of rusty smell, and the windows open to a small inner yard with not much fresh air coming in. The Internet was changed while we were there, and the new internet was working in the basement as well.

Great location and space for families

Aspectos positivos: Very quiet, great location, great space in the kitchen and living room, with all the tools you need to make coffee, breakfast and dinner (two fridges!), and a nice washer / dryer. Air conditioning was wonderful in every room. Big closets for all your belongings and clothing. Nice soft light lamps at the bedside.

Aspectos negativos: The WiFi didn't reach the downstairs - it needs an extender. We found there were not enough hooks for the towels in the downstairs bathroom, only one that was in the shower. We also found the downstairs shower tile too slippery, so you must be very careful. I would also suggest curtains for the top room for privacy and maybe something soft like a pool noodle to cover the metal beam in the downstairs bedroom so that you don't smack your foot. I would prefer to have a thicker blanket as an option, and a couple more pillows.

Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable, Great Location, Good Communication.

Aspectos negativos: The keycode door system was convenient for access, however the lack of a deadbolt or additional lock on the inside of the door meant there was no way to truly secure it when you were inside / overnight.
