Aspectos positivos: Super el acompañamiento de los anfitriones y las instalaciones muy bonitas, cerca de estaciones del metro y si te gusta salir a caminar esta cerca de lugares de interés

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, un buen apartamento, si pones el sofá cama es muy reducido, todo lo demás bien, los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente para ayudarnos

Aspectos negativos: Que se ofrecía lavadora y no tiene, se fue la luz muchas veces y el comedor muy reducido, el sofá cama no es cómodo, pero si no tienes que usarlo lo demás bien, solo la habitación principal se tienen que bajar escaleras, para una persona mayor es difícil

Aspectos positivos: Una ubicación excelente y los hosts muy atentos. Nos ha gustado mucho el departamento, es ideal tanto para familias como para grupos de amigos. Lo recomendaríamos ampliamente.

Aspectos negativos: Lamentablemente, la lavadora no funcionaba. Los hosts han puesto un anuncio sobre la lavadora para indicar que no funcionaba, pero nos hubiera gustado poder usarla.

Comfortable, peaceful, clean

Aspectos positivos: We have enjoyed our stay at the apartment, its 2 minutes walk to Iglesia metro station which connects you to different attractions, the host was very nice, took time responding but other than that there was no issue, a good value for money. There is a double bed in the basement which is good enough for two people, one bedroom at the ground floor, one bunk bed in a separate small room and a sofa bed in the tv lounge with two washrooms for for 3-6 people who are not very demanding. We got the groceries and made our breakfast in the apartment during our stay to save some money.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing to dislike our stay was comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: The washing machine e advertised was broken and we weren’t informed so we couldn’t do laundry. Also the bottle opener was broken and the kettle didn’t work.

Aspectos positivos: A localização é ótima e tem uma estação de metrô bem próximo, chegamos facilmente em todos os pontos do nosso roteiro. Estava tudo limpo, organizado e os anfitriões foram super acessíveis.

Aspectos negativos: O quarto principal fica no piso inferior do apartamento, em uma espécie de sótão, o que não fica muito claro nas fotos e a acústica não muito boa, você escuta baralhos dos vizinhos dos andares de cima. Além disso, o quarto por ficar no piso inferior, fica bastante seco e piorou um pouco a minha virose.

Great setup for large group.

Aspectos positivos: The setup was perfect for our group. My husband and I had the bedroom in the back, my teenage daughter had a cute little room with a loft bed all to herself and my adult daughter and her friends had the basement room with a king bed. It was a great space for them to have to themselves. And each room had fans which is a huge plus for us. Also loved that the entrance to the apartment was directly off the street. Having 2 full bathrooms was a must. Location was very convenient.

Aspectos negativos: It was a little expensive for the size compared to other places we've stayed but was actually cheaper than others in this area. Could have also been because it was a holiday weekend. Place would be small for living in, but for just staying a few days, it met our needs.

Great host , nice , and spacious … will stay there again
