Amazing location, clean and looks good, few improvements needed

Aspectos positivos: Location is outstanding, very nice location in the center close to restaurants, bars, etc. You can walk to all highlights from here! At night it's a quiet street, no bars/restaurants in the street itself, but you can just bring earplugs just to be sure if a group is passing by. Door opened easily with the app, but once inside we could just take the normal keys, which is great (in case there is no internet or empty phone). Apartment was clean and comfortable, building is very old, but therefore it looks nice. The shower had a bad sewage smell, when texting the owner they immediately sent a cleaner (twice) to help out, so they respond fast. There are 2 airconditioners/heaters which is great to warm or cool the entire place. Overall recommend the place since it is so central.

Aspectos negativos: The building was very old, therefore the windows weren't isolated well (which is understandable), but the extra shutters to make the room dark didn't close properly (curtains were just for show, no darkness at all). So if you don't like it too light, bring an eye mask. I would add anti-light curtains. There was no toilet paper when we arrived, not even 1 roll, which is horrible if you arrive late. The night shop nearby was open till 23.30 and we noticed just before so we were lucky to get some. I have never had this problem anywhere.. The wall in the bedroom between the neighbor is super thin, you can hear what the neighbors are saying and when they are on the phone, having guests, etc. They did go to bed on time, so that's a relief. Bring earplugs. There was a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom, they sent a cleaner and at first the chlorine smell of the cleaning covered the smell but it didn't go away. Hope they can do something about it for next guests. If you leave the door open it will go into all rooms..
