Aspectos positivos: El apartamento precioso, muy limpio y nuevo. Con perfecta ubicación, muy cerca del centro. Recomendable 100%.

Aspectos negativos: Por sacarle un defecto, la ventana de la cocina no tenía persiana y le quitaba privacidad al piso. Además, cobran el late check-out.

Aspectos positivos: Todo, la atención para la entrega de las llaves, estaba muy limpio y cómodo, contaba con todo lo necesario y tenía muy buena ubicación

Aspectos negativos: Sería cool si se pudiera insonorizar un poco, en la noche se podía escuchar cuando las personas pasaban hablando o riendo.

Lovely apartment for young people

Aspectos positivos: Lovely cozy place, clean and close to the museums, shops, restaurants etc. The personal was fantastic!

Aspectos negativos: The beds are great for small, slim people. A bit noisy at night.

Excellent location, compact and bijou!

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Excellent communication with Minty Stay beforehand and Gustavo arrived promptly as agreed and was more than welcoming showing us the keys, AC etc. Puerta del Sol and Prado easily walkable.

Aspectos negativos: It was a little dirty and beds were a little worn.

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely perfect for our stay. Highly recommend and will return again! Living/diner spacious enough for a city break. Everything you need in your apartment. Lift access great for arrival and departure for luggage. Very clean. Nice and light apartment. Central location (metro outside front door).

Aspectos negativos: Not double glazed windows so quite noisy but to be expected in a central location.

Excellent Location

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent; easy access to all major places. All the places we wanted to go (especially, three major museums) were within walking distance. Moreover a lot of stores and restaurants were within walking distance as well. It saved us a lot of energy to look for a restaurant everyday. The owner was accommodating to keep our luggages in their office before check in and after check out. It was very helpful. Thank you.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is noisy at night: garbage pick up truck and people talking in the street. If the windows were double panes, it would reduce noise from outside. Microwave oven was capricious. We did not use any other equipment during our stay.

Aspectos positivos: Patika lokācija, dizains, lieliska komunikācija ar kompāniju, kas izīrēja dzīvokli. Kad ieradāmies dzīvoklī bija svaigie ziedi, kas bija ļoti patīkami. Mēs esam ļoti apmierināti ar šo pieredzi 🙌

Aspectos negativos: Ja jāmeklē, kas nepatika, tad jārēķinās, ka tas ir centrs un tur nav kluss apkārt, pa naktīm ir skaļi. Otra lieta - koridorā nebija virsdrēbēm pakarināmiem, kas būtu noderējis, bet šīs ir nianses, kas neiespaido to, ka nākamreiz arī labprāt šeit paliktu!

Aspectos positivos: a beautiful centrally located apartment with lots of natural light, all amenities and comfy beds- we recommend highly for a great stay in Madrid!

Aspectos negativos: La nuisance sonore H24 de la calle Atocha Problèm de logistique pour me remettre des darps additionnels arrivées 2 nuits plus tard et après plusieurs échanges avec l'agence. et pour lesquels on a exigé un paiment supplémentaire de 20€

The Stay was very pleasant.

Aspectos positivos: It was close to the Metro station in which you could travel around very easy. Also, it was very secured.

Aspectos negativos: The floor and the living room doors accesing to the balconis ere dusty. There were not instructions on how to dispose the trash cans.
