Aspectos positivos: Contaba con todo lo que nos podía hacer falta. Trato y limpieza impecables

Aspectos positivos: La cercanía a Atocha. La proximidad a los sitios de interés turístico El piso sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para 3 noches

Aspectos negativos: Los 3 pisos por escalera. Un vecino con problemas psiquiátricos que da miedo Las ventajas dan todas a Contrafrente

Muy lindo apartamento, gran ubicación

Lovely central apartment

Aspectos positivos: Amazing central location, within walking distance to almost everywhere, lots of shops restaurants and grocery store only a minute away as well as metro and near Atocha train station. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Staff were quick to respond and very kind. It essentially had everything we needed, no oven but that’s okay. Nice spot to explore the city from

Aspectos negativos: No lift but that didn’t bother us much as we are young and able.

Aspectos positivos: The location is superb and so is the flat, quiet but central. Beautifully decorated and furnished.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, quiet street between 2 busier streets. Walking distance to main station, parks, the main plaza and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Host was very accommodating of our late check due to flight delays. Nice clean room, comfy bed, excellent shower. Everything you need for a short stay in Madrid.

Aspectos positivos: This was a little gem of an apartment.... we loved it... spotlessly clean, little kitchenette with fridge, lovely bathroom (with a good shower, which from experience, can be an issue - we've had some really bad ones!). For us, it was in an excellent location, close to metro station (Anton Martin)... the service from the staff at the rental company (Nuba Apartments) (especially Julia ❤️) was amazing.... we had a lovely stay.... xxxx

Aspectos negativos: Couldn't fault it.... however, if you have mobility issues, this apartment is not for you, it's on the 3rd floor, which means 6 small flights of stairs & there's no lift. (& also for us, possibly having a door key each, I lost my partner when he ran the half-marathon & I had the only key, but we were OK in the end 👍🏻..)

Aspectos positivos: Goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis om het centrum van madrid te verkennen. Goede communicatie via WhatsApp en mail.

Aspectos negativos: Heel gehorig appartement en geen rechtstreeks daglicht. Ramen komen allemaal uit op binnenkoer.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Aspectos positivos: - zentrale, ruhige Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Küche voll ausgestattet - angenehm groß, für zwei Personen mit Gepäck - die Wohnung wurde uns bereits Mittag zur Verfügung gestellt

Aspectos negativos: - das Kabel vom Wasserkocher war angesengt und sollte so nicht mehr verwendet werden - was auf den Fotos nur schlecht erkennbar ist - alle Fenster sind in einen Innenhof oder Lüftungsschacht gerichtet, einen Ausblick hat man also nicht wirklich
