Modern 2-Bed Apartment in Central Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location. Excellent communication, clear instructions on how to access the property and very accommodating allowing us earlier check in and later check out. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. The apartment is so well equipped, very clean, beautiful view and right in the centre near loads of great restaurants and bars!

Aspectos negativos: Only thing I would add is a kettle as we do love a cup of tea in the mornings!

Aspectos positivos: Very central location, the neighbourhood can get quite busy, but the views from the living room towards Mercat de San Miguel are absolutely priceless. Very clean and well equipped apartment, minutes away from the Opera metro station. Warmly recommended!

Aspectos negativos: Bit noisy inside the building (neighbours) but relatively normal in Spain. Only two wineglasses is a bit tight for an apartment that accommodates at least four people. The main bedroom would have been even better with a TV in it.

Aspectos positivos: Location and overall condition.There was plenty of room for three of us, beds were comfortable. Aircon in every room. Food Market on the other side of the street. Grocery shop basically under our house. Walking distance to Gran Via.

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast is not included, but the location is convenient and you can walk to the main clocking-in area

Aspectos negativos: The worst part of my stay was that we couldn't find the door to the apartment because we arrived at night and the number wasn't clear. We searched around for nearly an hour and called the landlord in Spanish, communication is not convenient. Therefore, it is suggested that the picture of the apartment gate or the surrounding reference marks are more convenient for the residents to arrive.

Aspectos positivos: Very well designed immaculate apartment with quality furniture, kitchen and well thought off storage in the bedrooms and bathroom. There’s a lift so it’s easy to get your luggage up. Charming little balcony overlooking the mercado with restaurants galore nearby. You can walk everywhere and are across the street from Plaza Mayor and 5 min away from the Palacio Real. Mini supermarket just outside the door is handy for breakfast supplies.

Aspectos negativos: Need to sleep with the windows closed otherwise can be noisy with deliveries in the morning. That’s no issue as there’s double glazing and air conditioning so you can sleep well.

Perfect stay for citytrip in Madrid

Aspectos positivos: Location is 10/10. We were with two couples and it’s perfect you each have a bedroom & private bathroom. Space was clean and it’s perfect for a few nights to explore the city

Aspectos positivos: The location is superb. It is across a street from Plaza Mayor and overlooks the Mercado de San Miguel, and about 5 min walk from Puerta de Sol. Very close to lots of restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment is clean and comfortable and with the french doors open, one can view the buzz of the city. There is a small grocery store a few doors away which is convenient. There is some noise from the street at night, but the double glazed windows block most of it. We had earplugs too.
