Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó que siempre los anfitriones resolvieron nuestras consultas e inquietudes. Y la ubicación increíble. La terraza super disfrutable

Aspectos negativos: Lo que menos nos gustó fue el tamaño tan reducido. Al abrir la cama casi no queda espacio en la habitación

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación excelente. Es pequeño, pero la terraza da amplitud a la estancia. Muy nuevo. Para pasar unos días en Madrid está genial. Las personas que gestionan el apartamento de 10. Me dejé las llaves dentro, y en una hora me vino una persona a abrir. Respuesta rápida cada vez que me ponía en contacto.

En el corazón de Madrid amazing terraza

Aspectos positivos: Raul fue extremadamente amable y de gran ayuda. El check in muy conveniente y fácil. El apartamento es pequeño pero todo perfecto y la terraza muy bonita. La localización es perfecta.

Cuco y muy bien situado

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación inmejorable, la limpieza, el buen trato del personal y una cocina muy completa.

Aspectos negativos: Es pequeño pero para 2 personas, es suficiente.

Aspectos positivos: Reservé el hospedaje camino del aeropuerto a la ciudad. La comunicación enseguida y muy eficiente. Amablemente Mäme habilitaron el acceso al mini apartamento con terracita en el acto, sin que tuviera que esperar la hora del check-in. Muy amable y está muy bien equipado. Con té y café de cortesía y hasta una bolsa de hielo en el frigo (muy importante con mas de 40 grados de calor afuera!). La terracita esta techada y buena para las horas de la noche, la ubicación excelente con un minisupermercado al lado, el Mercado de San Miguel y toda la zona para recorrer!

Aspectos negativos: Para mi sola, estaba muy bien, aunque cuando la cama esta armada, ya no se puede acceder a la terraza ni abrir la cajonera. La cama alcanza para una persona que no mide mas que 1,60 (yo mido un poco más y tenia los pies afuera, lo cual no me molestó). Para dos personas considero que falta hasta lugar donde dejar equipaje. Y sería recomendable dejar una escoba a disposición, asi quien acude puede hacer una limpieza basica en caso de requerirla. Lo demás muy disfrutable. Volvería a hospedarme aqui!

Spotlessly clean - Amazing location - very helpful owners

Aspectos positivos: The hosts were so friendly and helpful and answered every question within minutes. The location was unbelievable - a 10 second walk to the market which had every type of food and wine you could Possibly ask for. We didn’t mind the little bit of noise when we sat out on the balcony it made us feel like we were part of it. A 1 minute walk to the plaza and a 15 minute walk took you to many other fabulous locations. The views from the balcony were stunning

Comfortable stay in the best area of Madrid

Aspectos positivos: We were staying in a larger 2 bedroom apartment. It is very compact but the space is used wisely. I would say it is more suitable for 3 people rather than 4 and was just right for us. The location is beyond perfect, right in the heart of Madrid with wonderful views from a lovely terrace which has both a nice shade and sun. Cleanness 10/10, towels and bed linen of very decent quality. We also really appreciated the abundance of washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gels. The description of kitchen and other appliances is spot on. Great stay overall and highly recommended for a couple, small family or 3 adults.

Aspectos negativos: Shower cabins are small and both beds are rather short, but we managed just fine (my husband is 182 cm tall). However, it may be a problem for some. I would put an additional blackout curtain to the smaller bedroom window.

Pleasant surprise after confusing booking experience

Aspectos positivos: I think the source of confusion for a lot of people in the reviews is that seemingly 2 different apartments are advertised under the same property. A small one for 2 pax and a larger one for 4. We had the one for 4 that came with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room and a terrace. Our apartment was comfortable and nice, albeit the bathrooms were small, you could barely stand inside the shower. The terrace is excellent, great view of the city with comfortable seating area. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of Madrid. Communication was nice and easy

Aspectos negativos: Booking this apartment was confusing, we weren’t sure until the last second what to expect. Some photos in the reviews show a much smaller 1 bedroom apartment. My guess is that if you book for 2, that’s the one you get. Double check with the property and the property may want to consider advertising these 2 options as separate apartments and not under one ad.
