Aspectos positivos: Ubicación inmejorable. El día que nos íbamos (a poco de hacer el checkout) la Cía aérea nos notifica que la salida de nuestro vuelo se reprogramaba para +10 horas después... Y aunque no tenían disponibilidad para un late checkout, nos asistieron amablemente, con 8 maletas y demás. Gracias Nawal.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre, au calme, et accueil agence apprécié pour les clés
Aspectos positivos: L'accueil à l'agence était parfait, à 10 min à pied de l'appartement. Idem pour le retour et la restitution des clés, ainsi qu'une consigne pour bagages (prix modéré) et très appréciable le jour du départ car le vol de retour n'était que le soir. L'appartement est super bien situé dans le centre, à côté de la place mayor et des halles très sympa, du centre piétonnier et à 10 min à pied du palais royal. Nous recommandons. Merci

It was very nice. - Missing some basic essentials but overall very good. :)
Aspectos positivos: The place is very comfortable and very close to everything. Its right in the center of of Madrid across from all the food and shopping. My daughter loved it. She loved how we can just walk across the street and get our fresh breads and breakfast, luch or dinner from El Mercado de San Miguel.
Aspectos negativos: Getting the keys was a hassle. The property doesn't provide a clear address, so our taxi dropped us off in the middle of the plaza with six pieces of luggage, with a small child and we had to walk around trying to find a small, unmarked office. It would’ve been much more convenient if they had a lockbox on the door or at the building entrance, like other places I’ve stayed. We were a group of five staying for five days, and they didn’t even leave basic essentials like toilet paper — just a couple of nearly empty rolls. We had to buy our own, which was frustrating for what’s supposed to be a fully equipped rental. Important to note: there’s no air conditioning. If you're planning to stay here in the summer, I would definitely reconsider. Also, the water heater is very limited — after the second person showers, the rest are stuck with cold water. Despite all that, the apartment itself was comfortable, and the location is excellent — very central and within walking distance of everything. That part I truly appreciated. Overall, the location makes it worth considering, but be prepared for some basic inconveniences. I would stay again, but with adjusted expectations.
