Aspectos positivos: Apartamento impresionante, muy amplio, buena ubicación y sin ruido. La atención de la anfitriona fue buenísima y nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones por la zona. Totalmente recomendable.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación excelente, todo habitaciones sin tener que dormir en sofá cama como en la mayoría de hospedajes y bonita decoración.

Aspectos negativos: Nada, todo perfecto. Lo unico que yo añadiría alguna almohada extra más alta (las que hay son muy bajitas).

ESTANCIA PERFECTA

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bien ubicado con fácil acceso a todo el centro de Madrid, súper bien cuidado, limpio y cómodo. Los anfitriones son muy amables y detallistas y si en algún momento necesitas ayuda no dudan en estar allí para atenderte. Muy buena experiéncia, no dudaría en repetir.

Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento muy amplio con todo lo necesario, buena iluminación y la decoración muy linda, muy acogedor y cómodo… y MUY Céntrico cerca de todo los puntos de interés del aérea. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Aspectos negativos: La última noche, el aire acondicionado funcionaba con un sensor de moviemiento y al estar todos dormidos se apagaba, no levantamos varias veces para que el sensor nos agarrara y los aires prendieran, pero al rato se volvían apagar… al final dormimos con abanicos esa última noche, le notifiqué al anfitrión y me comentó que habían desconectado los sensores de los aires acondicionado, que no entiende como pasó y se disculpo, pero pasamos esa noche con algo de calor en pleno verano en Madrid. Por lo demás todo súper bien fuera de ese inconveniente, nos gustó mucho el apartamento.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación la decoración y limpieza. Es tal como está en las fotos

Aspectos negativos: No me gustó q no pudimos estar en el apartamento hasta las 4 de la tarde, aunque dejamos el ekipaje, y la salida fue a las 11 no pudiendo dejar las maletas.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy bonito y está decorado muy elegante. La ubicación es magnífica.

Aspectos negativos: Para el precio que tiene y dados los horarios de check-in y check-out establecidos por el propietario, pensamos que debería disponer de un servicio de guardado de equipaje.

Aspectos negativos: Liked everything

Fantastic location but some issues and faults.

Aspectos positivos: The location was excellent right in the middle of the city center with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants at the door steps. The apartment has everything we need. We glad there were lift for the luggage but it was the smallest and slowest lift ever.

Aspectos negativos: The communication was good with every questions except the very important question to us about parking but they did not give me answer on specific nearest location and parking garage address. We were dissapointed with that. Twice the electricity went off in the whole apartment. The middle bedroom does not have heater & was very cold in January but they sent 2 portable heaters. The front shower door, cabinet and ceiling were broken. The other bathroom lights were dimmed.

Aspectos positivos: 1. Location is excellent, very strategic! The minus point is with this great location, it also means that you will also able to hear noises at night (2nd floor) if you are a light sleeper. 2. The lift was faulty/stopped working a day and the person in charge was responsive enough to get it fixed urgently before the arrival of our friends. Else, they will have to carry their big luggages up to the 2nd floor.

Aspectos negativos: 1. No problem with the collection of keys, only issue is that we have to pay additional amount for late check-in due to our flight timing. 2. This is not on the unit but on the complimentary transportation provided by Booking.com. Waiting time of 45 mins was way too short and insufficient for us to exit from the aircraft, go thru immigration, catch the terminal train & collect our luggages. We rushed as fast possible but in the end was 5-10 mins late and the driver has left the airport. Conclusion: if Booking.com wants to offer complimentary ride, do this with more sincerity, waiting time given should be at least minimum one hour for anyone to go thru all these processes.
