Sophisticated brand new flat in historic district

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y demás. Se podía caminar al centro. Apt nuevo y bien mantenido con todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar. Un plus el ascensor.

Aspectos negativos: Al estar en el patio interno no había mucha luz natural. Poca privacidad por que daba muy cerca de los otros apts.

Aspectos positivos: El departamento es muy comodo, las instalaciones muy buenas. La ubicación es fantastica, puedes salir por la noche todo es cerca.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación a pasos del Vaticano y muchos restaurantes a los alrededores, apartamento muy limpio y cómodo, los dueños muy amables y atentos a lo que necesitáramos.

Aspectos positivos: Great location and facilities. We stayed as a family of 5. Great having 2 bathrooms. The host was lovely when he met us with the keys. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Aspectos negativos: Small space for 5 people. Hard to all sit together in the living space. The bedrooms were small with minimal space to move around or put a suitcase.

Good apartment in a great location

Aspectos positivos: Superb location in La Latina close to metro stop and this made Madrid an easy city to explore. Apartment was exactly as described and host was lovely and met us at the door with keys.

Little gem in the heart of the city

Aspectos positivos: Nnice, modern, cosy interior, enough for 3- to 4 people/ family, all necessary eqipmment. Very quiet! close to Cava Baja-lively place with bars, restaurants, less than 10 min to Plaza Mayor! Really nice \

Great location

Aspectos positivos: Prompt delivery of the keys as we met someone on site for the handover. The apartment was smaller than anticipated but the added bonus was that we had 2 bathrooms to accommodate the 4 of us. The location was great, walking distance to Cava Baja where there was an abundance of restaurants and bars. The apartment had a washing machine which we used several times so that was an added bonus.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment living room was a bit small for 4 people.

You can make better welcoming, with water/croissants/anything.

Aspectos positivos: 1. Location is very nice, near to metro station, near to centre, Lidl, market 24/7, restaurants, caffes 2. Safety is 10/10, two doors before enter in the apartment, quiet building 3. Clean apartment 4. Good communication with hosts, available 24/7

Aspectos negativos: 1. Small rooms, small beds, sofa in the living room very bad for sleeping, too much decorations that make the place smaller 2. No oven 3. Elevator just for 2people, 4th floor 4. French balcony, no balcony at all 5. No smoking

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento comodo e pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione, ci si sposta anche a piedi facilmente. Consigliato
