Homely flat in good location.

Aspectos positivos: Good location for metro and train station. Many restaurants nearby. Near large food market. Bright, modern. Clean. Mostly well equipped and good facilities. Good coffee machine. Comfortable beds. Bathroom and en suite shower room. Big windows to open with narrow balcony. Wi-fi mostly OK. Greeting with keys went smoothly. Very homely. Lots of ornaments, so it felt like a home.

Aspectos negativos: More than one set of keys required for a property which sleeps 6. We asked for another set, which took some time. Four mugs in a flat for 6. Crockery needs updating. Only two large plates. In a city, so expect noise, but music studio nearly underneath. Constant drumming in the daytime and evening music, which mainly finished at about 11 pm, but was sometimes later. Many barking dogs. Plumbing noise from nearby flats very noticeable in back bedroom. Bins emptied every morning and bins returned to courtyard noisily early morning. Would be good to have some information about how to dispose of rubbish in the flat. We worked it out.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Can’t wait to come back again!

Uitstekend verblijf in heel gezellige wijk van Madrid. Alles wat je kunt wensen om de hoek.

Aspectos positivos: Ruim appartement in een leuke gezellige buurt van Madrid. Veel eetgelegenheden, cafeetjes en koffiebarretjes om de hoek. Ook Mercado Anton Martin is een aanrader. Uitstekende communicatie met de host via whatsapp. Al met al een supergoede accommodatie in het leukste deel van Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: 入住之前被告知主卧室浴室漏水无法使用，入住一周没有人来维修，也没有给予任何补偿措施。
