Ideal para familias
Aspectos positivos: Me encantó su ubicación ideal para quienes gustamos de hacer paseos a pie, muy céntrico y a la vez muy tranquilo para descansar. Muy cerca encuentras minimercados y mercados tradicionales para degustar de los platillos más auténticos de Madrid. El alojamiento es confortable y limpio y la atención de nuestra anfitriona fue muy amable.

FORMAL, CONFIABLE Y COMODO
Aspectos positivos: Al hacer la reservacion me solicitaron copia de mi pasaporte asi como el llenado de un contrato de arrendamiento, tuve comunicacion previa a mi llegada asi como las instrucciones para ingresar al apartamento esta bien ubicado a unas 7 cuadras de la Plaza Mayor y 4 cuadras del museo Reina Sofia alrededor hay muchos bares y supermecados a 4 cuadras pequeñas del metro Anton Martin las camas estas super comodas y el baño recien remodelado con una regadera excepcional solo que el agua caliente no permite bañarse mas de 3 personas de manera consecutiva asi que hay que programarse para bañarse el departamento tiene el mobiliario muy deteriorado pero funcional hay calentadores, ventiladores,refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, estufa y accesorios de cocina pero lo suficientemente comodo para alojarse si lo recomiendo por la formalidad y atención brindada yo tuve un inconveniente y marque al numero que me proporcionaron y me atendieron muy amablemente de manera inmediata

Aspectos positivos: Si, estaba algo viejito pero era genial y muy acogedor, hay algunas cosas que hay que mejorar claro está pero lo mejor fue la ubicación y la rapidez con que la señora nos atendió.
Aspectos negativos: Necesita alguna reformita en el baño

Aspectos negativos: Es un piso interior por lo tanto no hay ventilación, necesariamente se tiene que encender los ventiladores.

Get everything you need for an apartment
Aspectos positivos: Center location close to all attractions with walking distance. Host responses fast to message. You get what you need in an apartment, kitchen, toilet and towels.
Aspectos negativos: A bit noisy at mid night when bin truck coming to collect rubbish on the road. It is fast like 3 min but will wake you up. Limited window. Doubt about ventilation, with big fan I. Each room though.

We really enjoyed our stay here.
Aspectos positivos: The property is in a great location. It has a dining table to sit at to eat and cooking facilities. It has a comfortable lounge and coffee table where we played cards. Having 3 separate bedrooms was fantastic and each had a double bed which worked for our family of 4, including 2 late-teen boys. The keys were really easy to access and the shower was pretty good. The host provided simple consumables such as a bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and had supplies of tea, coffee, sugar etc as well as a few other items that were useful for cooking. This makes the experience feel friendly and welcoming.
Aspectos negativos: There is only natural light from the front entry way. The property has been designed to maximise this light and fans are provided for air-flow. The ceilings are also quite low in the bedrooms. My kids (175cm and 181cm) had to duck a little in the rooms and a little more to get through the doorways. We stayed only one night in October, so it was fine for us and the height wasn't a problem as we were mostly out. I would be concerned if I was staying for longer in hotter months as it might get quite stuffy. I didn't actually look for air-conditioning so bear that in mind as that would change my perspective. We didn't need it in October.
