Aspectos negativos: Durante toda una noche se fue ka luz; como TODO era eléctrico, no funcionaba nada (ni siquiera la calefacción...)

Aspectos positivos: Piso impecable. Muy bien situado. Perfectamente equipado, terraza espectacular y buenas vistas.

Aspectos negativos: Único pequeño problema el ascensor que no llega al 7. Pero las escaleras son muy planas y realmente no es problema.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es excepcional. Situado en Goya y a pocas paradas en metro del centro. Dispone de una terraza preciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Sin duda, volveremos.

Aspectos positivos: The clear and kind welcome of the Minty Stay team rep. Good neighbors. The location is exceptional, very near Movistar and lots of food options for both local and tourist. The place was clean and had just the right facilities for a comfy stay. Looking forward to coming back in a few months. Just a note to myself: if you're bringing heavy luggage, the elevator only goes up to the floor below your unit.

Aspectos positivos: It was very spacious and light, good location and well equipped. Check in and out was easy.

Aspectos negativos: The furniture was a little dated, and the location was noisy due to the construction works outside. The shower door needs a better seal as the water leaks into the floor. Otherwise it was great.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay at the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen was big enough to accommodate meal preps and storage, and the all the appliances worked smoothly. Bedroom was large enough to spread out and store our belongings, great closet space! The location was great--short walking distance to metro, stores, restaurants. And that terrace!! so sorry it wasn't enjoyed more--but we had a cold, rainy stay in Madrid.

Aspectos negativos: The biggest problem we had was in the bathroom. While spacious, the shower leaks water to the outside, onto the floors. Enormous amounts of water. We called the hosting facility and they send someone to look it over, but even after the fix, it still leaked. Wet marble floors are quite slippery and they present a very real safety hazard. I spent the whole trip wringing out towels that were used to dry up the wet floors--every day, after every shower. Also, if you are renting an auto, be aware that the parking in the area is quite expensive. Street parking is virtually non-existent.

Grosszügige Unterkunft in bester Lage

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung liegt im siebten Stock (mit Aufzug) in einem renovierten Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sicher - mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten, es gibt sogar ein Kleiderzimmer. Die Terrasse ist riesig und wir konnten sogar noch im November draußen sitzen. Der Blick auf die anderen Häuser von oben ist herrlich. Das Bad ist schön ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal der Vermietung ist online immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sehr freundlich um alle Belange. Checkin Checkout hat bestens funktioniert.

Aspectos negativos: Beim Duschen muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt.
